Excellent pizza, we have an Air BNB here and we needed food. This was exactly what we needed. We got pizza to go and it was great. The lady working was so super friendly too

We absolutely loved this place! We were on vacation visiting the Upper Peninsula and came across The Moose Drop for a bite. Nothing but great things to say. The staff was very welcoming and treat you like family. You can feel the love and pride the staff puts in their food and their building. One of the cleanest dining rooms ever. The pizza was amazing! Very flavorful, excellent crust and one of a kind. The owner stopped at our table thanking us for stopping in and shared stories about The Moose Drop and the pride they put into for their cajun recipes. Absolutely delightful experience and we will be recommending everyone we know to stop in. Thank you staff at The Moose Drop!

The chicken bacon ranch pizza is great! We loved the Moose Drop so much that we decided to come back for breakfast, and we were not disappointed.
The owner treated us like family and made us feel at home.

I've lived all over the U.S. (both coasts, in the middle and even Hawaii) and the sauce this place makes for its wings is the best I've ever had. . . ever. The owner called it Louisiana Sweet Heat. By its name, I recall thinking how it to could be too sweet or have too much heat. Nope - it had the perfect balance and I would have bought a case of it if they sold it like that. While the new owners are Michiganders, I learned that they lived in south Louisiana for 13 years. From the po-boys and wings that we had, its apparent that south Louisiana's amazing cooking has rubbed off on them. I have spent a great deal of time in Louisiana (my wife is cajun), and what Napa Valley or Bordeaux is to wine, south Louisiana is to food and the family that has proudly invested themselves in this place have brought some of that here, adding it to this place's regular offerings and expanding its menu in terrific ways. For example, adding po-boys! The shrimp on the po-boy were well seasoned and lightly skillet-fried as opposed to deep fried where the shrimp comes out so thickly coated with breading and grease that a blind taster would have difficulty telling you what was fried. Since tasting their skillet-fried shrimp, I cannot wait to have their fish. Aside from the great food, you can expect warm hospitality. The family is super nice and service was great. It's quite the find.

My husband and I stopped in today for supper . I had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. It was honestly one of the best sandwich’s I have ever had. Chicken was so tender and tasty. Also, their specials are to die for! My husband had fresh crawfish right from Louisiana! He absolutely loved it!! The minute we walked in the restaurant we were welcomed with smiles and great conversation. Thank you Lauren, Becky and Perry for the great hospitality! You’re the Best!

On my 1,200 miles hiking since the Atlantic, this restaurant will always be remembered as one of the best I've experienced in this awesome adventure across America. The owner Perry sits amongst the diners chatting stories, making you feel right at home. He shook my hand when I said I was Scottish, and again when I said I was raising $ for a Pro Life charity.
The sauce on the BBQ Pizza was immense. You get a lot of bang for your buck with a 14" pizza. The server with the ✝️ necklace and pink hair was very cute and smiling, checking up on me 3* during my sit down.
Highly recommend this place for the food and the patter.
