I don't know what was going on with the bartender on Saturday night, but he definitely didn't like my group that evening. We, a party of 4, sit at the bar and then a couple sits right next to us. The bartender then looks at our group (who sat first) and procedes to make a point to serving the couple first. Basically refused to check on us and was snarky the whole time. This location sucks

I walked up to the counter , mind you no other customers in the place. Made eye contact with the receptionist she “the blonde with curly hair in a bun” didn’t say a word to me. I waited about 5 minutes before saying what can I do for you? I replied my party order is under “*****” she tried to staple the bag before I could loook at the order I said no I’d prefer to check the bag and she rolled her eyes like I was putting her out. When I asked why there was no celery or carrots she huffed and walked away. Came back with another brown bag at this point I didn’t care anymore just took my order. She gave me a whole 7 veery sticks to go with 100 chicken wings. I hope she figures out what she wants to do in life because costumer service is not it!!

Awesome service and the wings were cooked perfectly.
This might very well have been one of my worst dining experiences of all time. LeAnne was our waitress, it took 20+ minutes to get two MTN Dews after originally forgetting about them, the food was good what you would expect from Bdubs. When it came to leaving it took about 20 more minutes for her to cash us out, along with giving me the incorrect change (after putting it onto the wrong table), I'm honestly surprised we got our boxes & left after everything.I will add the manager & bartender did everything in their power to try and help her by correcting drink orders & running food. It was also not a particularly busy evening by my count she had maybe 4-6 tables, all at different stages in the dining experience.

Service was horrible. It took me over an hour to get my food. Waitress/server MELINDA dug into my food off of the pick up counter and ate off of my tray. I informed the manager and he did nothing to her. But offered me a free meal. He would not give me any information to do a formal complaint. Nor did he reprimand MELINDA. And they treated me and my kids unjustly. Like we were the problem. DO NOT DINE HERE!!

I spent over 50$ on food got a cold chicken sandwhich my moms wings were cold they had some pregnant lady seating people and she was having a hard time I felt very bad for her. The manager was very unprofessional would really like a refund thank
