Noodles and Company

Ordered Pad Thai to go....barely any sauce and no peanuts 🙃 The chicken, the little that was there, was really dry. Of course I didn't notice until I was 30 miles away. Kind of a bummer, it's always been a winter in the past.

The person (who we found out later was the manager) up front when we just walked in rolled her eyes and looked very displeased to see customers at 8:31pm on a Sunday. The girl who was taking the order was friendly, and since the order was in and paid for at 8:35pm said we were good to eat at the restaurant and have the food at the establishment.

The manager kept on looking like we were bothering her by being there. And came out and told us that since the food wasn’t ordered before 8:40pm we would have to do take out. Given that we did order and pay before 8:40pm, we didn't think it was a good tone towards your customers who came to the establishment for the first time.

The soda machine was broken, the tea was empty, bathrooms smelled intensely horrible, like someone didn't wash them for a few days after an intense use.

The dining area was fairly tidy, again, the girl who served us was very friendly and polite, the food was good.

Plenty of free parking available, easy to access, vegan and vegetarian options available.

Potentially would come back to another brunch, since the food was good, reasonably priced and portioned.

Staff is aggressive about tipping, i've never seen someone this angry over a 25% tip

I do not recommend coming here. I was accosted for a tip from the start and was harassed for only giving a 20% tip by the cashier. They started being irate and began making fun of my partner, we both have disabilities and that seemed to annoy them. They then had someone replace them on the till, and the began wandering by me and my partner being aggressive moving the tables. We chose a clean quiet area. They started loudly dragging chairs past us, sat to the left of us staring at us, then stood up behind me to read my phone. Said cashier then started to loudly make fun of us to the manager about me writing a complaint. I called the store to try to report this but the manager hung up on me. I had to call the midland location to get in touch with the corporate office because the mount pleasant location just didn't want to speak to me. It was a cashier with heavy makeup and a long black pony tail, there is a google review from a month ago talking about something similar. I haven't experienced anything like this in Mount Pleasant, and frankly I'm not sure why a 20% tip is bad now or why they thought we only tipped her 20% because were gay. Edited for grammar

Outrageous price for my wife and I to split a meal..we got 5 small meatballs. It looked like they neutered 2 Chihuahua's and fried'm up..average taste at best..tiny bowl pasta..5 potstickers..30bucks..skip this joint..2 stars was for the young lady that served us..polite and a pro..

Person up front taking the order wasn't friendly at all. Looked like we were bothering her. Making fun of people coming in and rolling their eyes. Will never come back. Food was excellent

Recommended dishes: Pad Thai with Shrimp

I got a noodle dish with zucchini noodles in place of regular noodles with shrimp it. It was in a bowl with alot of broth had to eat it like a soup cost $16.19 it was very small only 4 small shrimp and very little zoodles. The taste was good garlicky. Just very disappointing in soupyness it wasn't a sauce and hardly anything in it

Google says your open til 9pm. Drive over 30min to come here for a sign to be in the window that says now closing at 6pm. Literally losing your entire dinner clientele. Won't be back.
