I always enjoy their teas. The staff is always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. 😀 Such a nice surprise during teacher appreciation week with a free tea or shake to the teachers!

I just wanted to let you know about the experience I had yesterday. there was an older gentleman and a younger woman in there when I went in with my 2 boys. they were both amazing. one of my boys wanted the cotton candy tea and the girl wasn't sure how to make it in a kids size and the gentlman stopped what he was doing to help her. eventhough it wasn't a kids drink they still made it happen. the girl was in training and started to make my drink wrong but caught it before it was all put together. they truly were a delight to interact with yesterday.

Very fast and friendly service. I enjoyed my smoothie as well- didn’t expect it to be so good. Got more than I expected too! Very good portions.

I was very disappointed when I went in to try the new peanut butter gravedigger shake and they failed to mention they were out of the brownie pieces that went on top. The lady gave me my shake and I asked where the topping was, and she said they were out. I feel like the whole point of the shakes is to enjoy the topping and when I didn't get what was advertised it was disappointing. The shake they show is filled to the top with brownie and chocolate syrup and all I had on mine was sprinkles. I may be sticking to the chesterfield location from now on.

I truly can’t give enough praise to all the lovely ladies here! New Baltimore Nutrition has become a regular stop on my way into work! The drinks are always delicious and the staff is incredible! Everyone is always friendly and welcoming! I love walking in feeling at home! Their service is far beyond the best I’ve experienced! I highly recommend them to all of my friends and coworkers!

These ladies are AMAZING! Such friendly people who work here and always love coming in to get my teas! The tea is THE BEST!!!I worked for Algonac Transportation and they offered to bring teas for everyone in the office, and let me tell you, it was a hit and got new customers after trying their amazing teas!
