Novella's Pizza: New Hudson

My margarita pizza didn't have basil on it... I should have opened the box before I left the parking lot... I was trying this place for the first time, I normally get $5 Little Ceasar's so this was a splurge for me... I know this seems silly but I had never had basil on a pizza before so I was excited to try it. Not a good first impression. That said, the pizza was good and the employees were nice and friendly when I picked up. I did not give them a chance to fix the issue because I'm not driving all the way back. If I got a coupon I would give them another chance the next time I can afford to splurge.

Hubby stopped on his way home and got a pizza,knots and a calzone all of which were way to done some we had to throw out as they were burnt. Even our grandkids would eat it. Very disappointed!!!

Fantastic food!! We got the fig n pig pizza and OMG it was amazing. The truffle fries were outstanding. We had all of this from DoorDash while at a softball game at Milford High School.

A small pizza place with some amazing combinations on their pizzas. The "fig and pig" was interesting and tasty. I would have never thought to put fig on a pizza. Also got the Detroit style double Roni (2 kinds of pepperoni) with truffle oil. The carmelized cheese at the crust was perfect, and the pizza was pretty good. The meatballs were excellent as well.

Previously had a issue with the staff, and choice of music. Spoke with Brandon, the owner and he stepped up to the plate and hit a solid triple off the wall. Bumping up to 5 stars. My favorite pizza!!

New favorite pizza spot!My husband and I are hardcore pizza lovers and we have both been raving about this pizza!We’ve tried both the thin crust and deep dish and both were great (though we prefer deep dish).Highly recommend!??

My family really enjoys Novella's Pizza, but tonight will be the last of our $70 pizza nights. There was a mistake with one of our pizzas when we called, they blamed it all on door dash. The box had three names on it crossed off and our name on it. When we spoke to the manager, she said to take it up with Door Dash and she could do nothing for us. I hate to not support local business, but this will be the end.

Good pizza and I like that it’s a local spot. Price point is high if you want to customize your pie.

Love the pizzas, love the thin crust, we’ve been buying there since we moved to the area but just yesterday ordered 3 pizzas and went to pick them up and there were no masks no gloves while preparing the food. This was the first time I went inside (I have not been into stores or restaurants since Covid started because we have a little baby), I’ve used door dash and my husband has picked them up before and this was the first time we’re seeing no masks no gloves. Especially during this time with numbers of Covid cases going up I am not going back to order and it’s a shame because we really love their food.

This is quality pizza.Nice thin crustLittle bit of char which is perfect.Price is up there but you get what you pay for.Didn't get the Detroit style but if you appreciate a good thin crust you'll like this place.Only thing I didn't care for was dining in the soft drink selection is lacking but I understand the feel they're going forId get it again if I was in the area

Not at all worth the price, Little Ceasars pizza is better and you get better ingredients!

After waiting an hour, we experienced the worse pizza we have ever eaten. Two slices were eaten, and the rest of a $25 pie was put in the trash.
