I was surprised there was only 2 other customers in there in a Friday at 5:30It wasn’t very clean first thing I noticed while the guy was getting my order he was just slopping it together ! When I got back to eat it the guacamole was so salty I had to take it all off , as for the chicken and steak it was tough ! Will not bring going back there :(

My wife and I came there to eat something a little while ago today . The place was trashed. What a pig sty . There were 6 young people standing behind the counter.2 of them were actually working. Not one came to the tables and cleaned them or the floor or emptied the overflowing garbage can. There was just a few spoons where they keep the plastic ware. My wife asked for something to wipe the table with and the person gave a dry napkin and then rudely went silently back to his spot behind the counter where he continued his conversation with his employee friends about Mohammed-Ali. I never want to experience this again wherever we eat at. It’s time that someone with more experience at management to come in And clean up the riff-raff!

I became violently ill with food poisoning after eating here yesterday. The staff was not friendly and could barely hear the guy mumbling behind the counter. There was no ice at the drink station and the lemonade containers were all just shout out and warm. Now I have to miss work from being sick. Terrible terrible experience.

Just wanted to say Chipotle has gone down in quality over the years, slow service and typically are out of a few items. So I was shocked when they had everything and the guy making the burrito was super quick, to the point where there was no line on a Saturday night. If management reads this, please know Nishan was amazing and the best/fastest burrito bowl I’ve had made in years.
I rarely write reviews but I went on Oct 21 at 8:55pm to grab some food and pulled into the parking lot and walked inside after reading the sign that said they closed at 10. All the chairs were up and it was dark but I saw 2 female workers and walked inside asking if they were still open, they told me no that they are closed and I apologized and told them to have a good night I felt super bad based off their response that in 5 minutes they would close so I didn’t bother to even ask for a quick bowl. I decided to go across the street to qdoba and as I left I saw that their lights were on it was maybe 10 mins after I had left … I drove back to the parking lot of the chipotle and saw that those same 2 girls were serving 3 people. I called the store quite upset that they told me that they were closed and that I had to go but decided to still serve 3 people after me, after explaining what they did, whoever answered just said “sorry we closed at 10” and as I asked “then why didn’t you let me get food or why did you tell me you were closed when you weren’t” the lady hung up on me. very bad attitude and makes sense why this location has such low ratings… do better…

It’s crazy that this place has gotten so many bad reviews and nothing has been done about the filth. This place is ALWAYS dirty. It always look like a bunch of kids in the kitchen cooking, not wiping up and talking. Where are the adults? The meat was salty today too wow… I see the owner replying to comments here but these comments are weeks old which means nothing is being done. This place really does need to be shut down, health department does need to check it out.
