I'm reviewing because I have never seen lunch meat sliced so thin. I think it was actually a mm. I was thinking that I wished I brought a micrometer. It was almost impressive. You can't do that with a full blade. They are definitely focused on maximizing profits. They workers seemed nice but they made the food out everyone in line and went back and made more sandwiches instead of checking us out. We sat their with a line of finished and paper wrap subs for like five customers. Before beginning to check anyone out.

Went a few minutes ago. Says it's open online and on door, but door was locked and employee was just standing at register, staring at me through window.

I ordered a veggie delight through doordash and these people sent me an onion sandwich! They’re very stingy with their toppings. They might as well had sent me the bread by itself. My sandwich was so thin, I’m so upset. $25 for a dry, thin, over toasted sub. Don’t waste your money people.

Yeah won’t be back to this one.You just really don’t get the BANG for your BUCK here, and in this day and age where EVERYTHING is expensive, that’s just something that matters to customers.I wouldn’t even give a star if that was an option.Food: 0 out of 10 (Give you little quantities of each food placed on the sub)Customer Service: 2 out of 10 (Energy was extremely low and they move really slow)Cleanliness of all food behind the glass: 4 out of 10Housekeeping: restaurants definitely needs a cleaning for sure.*Call corporate on this franchise for sure!

I don't know why twice I've come to this store during open hours in the evening to either find it empty with the doors locked, or to be told it's closed. Feels like it needs some attention.

The woman making the sandwich’s today has NO customer service. She’s rude disrespectful and bad attitude. One star because the man ringing up the order was super chill. WILL NOT BE BACK !!!

Please hire people that have great customer service skill, and care about others, this group you hired at this location lack it all, they are not welcoming and very unprofessional.When I came in the young man nodded at me “I guess that was my Greeting” there was no Welcome to Subway, Also, the black lady with the glasses, I guess she is the manager was sitting on the table, talking so unprofessionally. You can’t pay me to eat at this location ever Again!

I stopped for a bite to eat at subway on 10mile and Coolidge after working out at the gym at 7:20 pm on 04/13/23 and the doors were locked while 3 black women were inside doing nothing I called the store number as was told they were closed due to no available help several gym patrons were looking on trying to order as well but no one came to the door if you roll back the store camera you'll see a small child in the store this is poor customer service 2 employees is sufficient enough to operate a subway and why was a child in the store
