Stopped at One Drop for a couple beers today after finding them on google. It’s off the beaten path, but a cool place with great beers. Owner was very friendly and spent a lot of time talking brewing with us.

We had a great time at One Drop today. They’re a great local brewery that’s just off the beaten path. Their patio is an excellent place to enjoy a cold beer on a warm summer day. Their beers are well done and very tasty. We will definitely be back in the future!

Love everything about this brewery - clean and crisp, great tasting beers, great ambience and vibe, great brewer/bartender and a great dog named Sir Winston Churchill, Esq. (I was told the Esq. is because he is also the owner's attorney). This place even has a disco ball and ping/pong table. Had just the perfect evening here with friends for a birthday - definitely check it out.

Ok, you may be wondering why a 4.9 is getting a 2 star review. Sure, I could just be a disgruntled nut job, but in reality, I just really like good beer.Parking is a bit of a nightmare. That’s okay, because they are popular, so expected.Beer is pretty pricey. It’s $9 for a pint of Kolsch, which is a slap in the face, especially considering it’s just an okay Kolsch.But you like IPAs, right? Well, the hazy IPA was not hazy and was also sub par.The ambiance is… interesting. It’s like they want to be a brewery with a douchey trendy bar vibe. Wasn’t for me, but some people there didn’t seem miserable.We left wondering how they could have such a high score on Google. To me it was an absolute waste of time and money. But, for others, I’m sure it will only be a mere disappointment.P.S. The toilet was gross, much worse than the beers.

This place is off the path! Would have never known it existed if it weren't for my friends 30th and wanting to celebrate by doing one of his favorite things, finding new breweries. The owner is exteremly kind and really enjoyable to speak with. There is a rotating beer menu, which is really nice. You're always getting something fresh. The property is huge. Options to sit inside. Outside on a patio. Out further at a fire pit even too! I really enjoyed my time here.
Personable, attentive service and delectable cervesa.Fire pit, table tennis, and baggo make for a fun time amongst friends.But the best thing is the relaxed atmosphere. Ben, the owner, server, Brewmaster, and custodian, enables the customer maximum possibilities and comfort.
