This place is nothing short of amazing. After finding it while browsing on Google Maps, it's been a place I've wanted to try. I had a sausage breakfast burrito, and it may have been the best breakfast burrito I've ever had, the coffee was great also. I forgot to get the guys name who was serving when I was there, but he was spectacular and was extremely helpful and friendly. The decor and ambiance was second to none, with thousands of books available to read on all the bookshelves. I wish I lived closer, but this will def be a place I'll be visiting again. This was definitely the right call for lunch! We had grilled cheese & soup which was absolutely scrumptious!! Travis was absolutely delightful and attentive to us. The lavender French soda that I ordered definitely hit the spot for the long day I had already had and still had to come. But boy, did we hear about this place during out entire trip! This is definitely the #1 recommended place in Port Huron! So glad we made it our first stop. As a literary fan, I had so much fun playing ‘where’s Waldo’ of sorts around the restaurant.

Very cool coffee house. This is built on the Edgar Allan Poe theme. Very cool looking interior prices were reasonable for a 1/2 sandwich and a bowl of soup.

You would think a soup and half a sandwich would be moderately priced. Not so! We ordered lunch at work and even picked it up! Chips (was supposed to be coleslaw!), half a sandwich and a cup of soup over $11.58! Even on payday, more than I want to spend for food that was fair.

Love this place! It's so cozy and comfortable feeling. I love the eclectic style and there are books everywhere! It's awesome. The people are friendly and the food is delicious and the drink selection is awesome. So many different coffees and teas.

Forget your book to read while you sip your latte? Don't worry, this is basically a coffee shop inside of a library!Amazing place to enjoy wonderful coffee. Food was far better than expected. The atmosphere is even better than the pictures.Impressed is an understatement. I hope that I can enjoy much more caffeine in this world within a coffee shop for years to come!

I had the absolute pleasure of going here for the first time ever recently and it blew me away from the beginning. The exterior was absolutely gorgeous and well done. Once stepping inside its just as exquisite. Love the choices available on the menu. Had the best gluten-free belt with a delicious cup of coffee. I also love the fact that they support local artisans and have their artwork available for purchase. I will be making plans visiting again soon, wish I’d visited it sooner.

Delicious. Good service. Cute place. Good amount of gluten free choices. Good tea selection. (Only complaint: whoever made my sandwich didn't pay attention to the no onions and no tomato remarks). Good spirits and dessert selection too, even for celiacs.

This was my first time here. At the suggestion of my daughter. The coffee was great. Food (French dip) was very tasty, and the waitstaff was super nice and pleasant.Atmosphere was very appealing. A poetry/book style theme. Very cozy, comfy, and relaxing. And in the heart of the downtown PH area. Love it!Will return.

As a lover of Edgar Allen Poes works I have to say this place is phenomenal! The outside is a small little pub but the inside ambiance and decor will blow you away. We came on a busy Saturday night and the waitstaff was hustling around but always cheerful and smiling. Our food came quickly and served hot, may I recommend the roast beef and cheddar sandwich. We live an hour away but WILL return.
