Had my first Nourish today. Had the Chocolate Java chip shake. Awesome! And with 26 grams of protein and 250 calories, I was not hungry until after 2 p.m. Will definitely be back. Nice people, too!

I feel a little bad giving a bad review because the shop is cute and clean and the service was friendly, but i won't be back. Went in looking for coffee as advertised on their window and I should have turned around when all they had was "protein coffee" on the menu. It did not taste like coffee, it tasted like coffee flavored protein powder. Tossed it when I got home and made my own instead.

Love my teas from Nourish. They are refreshing with an added kick of energy and taste so good. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products and can help with questions if you ask. Located in an inviting shop in the center of Rockford :)
Worst ten dollars I’ve EVER spent on coffee I couldn’t even take more than three ships before throwing it away because it tasted like vomit and had little white spots throughout the whole drink. What a waste

I was in town and wanted a coffee and I’ve had a coffee from the coffee shop in town, but thought I’d try Nourish Rockford. I like trying new things so I thought I’d give it a go. The gal that helped me was very sweet. I asked if they have espresso or just drip coffee, she said they have protein coffee. Ok, not what I was looking for but tried it anyways. I tried the “mocha coffee” over ice. Calling it coffee is quite a lie. It’s protein powder mixed with water. Won’t be back, coffee should be removed from the front window and menu.

The shakes and teas are amazing! So many options and super and nutritious, plus a much needed boost of energy! I have also tried the coffee and can say I’ll never go back to regular! The girls behind the bar make it even better as they are all so friendly and helpful!
