I’ve been going to Sweetland’s since I was a teenager— this is my go-to café spot in Rockford. The chocolates are always wonderful, the seasonal lattes are consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is fabulous. An absolute favorite of mine whenever I return home to visit family!

Ich habe hier schon viele schöne Vormittage und Nachmittage mit Freunden verbracht und die Getränke und die Schokolade und Pralinen sind absolut köstlich. Im Winter hat man es drinnen sehr gemütlich, im Sommer gibt es auch kleine Tische vor dem Laden, an denen man gemütlich seinen Kaffee in der Sonne genießen kann.

All the workers are super kind. If you don't know what you want, they give super good recommendations for you to try. They have options for people who don't like coffee. They make amazing smoothies. The mango is definitely the best!

Coffee and chocolates! What more do you need?Friendly staff, willing and cheerfully customizing your order the way you want it. Prices are competitive and portions are appropriate.Great atmosphere for a coffee shop, with stylish brick walls and decorative wall art. Very comfortable and relaxing - great place to ease into the day.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of young families present during my last visit.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for the mobility-challenged.
Always a great experience getting coffee or chocolates at Sweetland. Their seasonal drinks are always interesting and refreshing too. I wish they had more fresh baked goods than just their small little cabinet, it would be the perfect place if they made their own fresh baked pastries to go with their great coffee & drinks.
Great spot to get local coffee, pastries and kombucha. Wifi is great and lots of tables. Can be loud at times with the music and conversations. So if you're looking for a quiet spot, bring headphones.The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the different drinks, candies and menu items. I recommend trying their seasonal drinks, or my favorite Lavender Espresso milkshake or a classic Iced Miel with Oatmilk. Their pastries are fresh from Field & Fire bakery. The cherry scone and the pistachio cruffin are my fave seasonal treats.You can download the Dripos app and order ahead for pickup or dine in. Their rewards program is an added bonus.
Parking: Depending on the time and the day parking can be difficult as it is only parallel street parking. Back lot is mostly business owners and delivery parking.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of candy and drink options for kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp access to front door and bathroom is accessible as well.
