This is just a place where grandson works.. I'm not a big fan of pizza last night was the first night I had pizza in 4 years so I don't eat out like that... but Jet's Pizza is really good... you should try it one day.. they have a lot of busy days... and it's in the perfect area...

We ordered a large order for a church function and on valentines day. But, they were not annoyed. They had great customer service even though they were swamped. Pizza was delicious.Dietary restrictions: We had a lady with a dairy allergy, but they made her a small pizza no cheese. The lady loved it

2/15/24I placed an order online around 9am the day of for one pizza delivery service. I needed the pizza at work by 11:45 for lunch at 12pm. I call this location at 11:55am, I’m on hold for a WHILE. Finally someone answered and said that their 11:45 drop off deliveries where just coming out the oven!!! Like how unprofessional is that!? So I asked if they can throw in a 16 oz Pepsi for me the wait, and this lady said “I don’t know” and ended the call!I’m really unhappy with this location. Never again. I’d rather take my money somewhere else

I called to preorder my slices so they'd be hot, fresh and ready to eat when I got there; unfortunately, they "sold my slices" and only had one on hand. They said they'd make me fresh slices and it would be quick. Ok I just want food at this point. The staff was nice enough to accommodate the issue with a discount. But upon leaving and getting home to eat my slices realized they gave me one not fresh (was now cold) and one fresh and hot. Very disappointed. If you're going to fix something, fix it all the way not halfway. Note, always check your food before you leave from anywhere.
Got my entire order wrong. Pizza was done 15 min before salad then both were terrible. Rude staff. Literally not going back.

We ordered two jet boats at 11:00 online for our 11:30 lunch break. I had to call them at 11:50 to find out where my order was . It wasn’t ready . This store is 5 minutes from my work. They can’t make two jet boats under 50 minutes. They also come to the plant for lunch. On Wednesdays and Fridays. The quality is subpar and prices are inflated. I don’t recommend this Jets at all.
Ordered on Uber eats, was told the location would be delivering. Over an hour later (after I had already called the location to confirm my order, and someone told me it was out for delivery) I was told that the location doesn't deliver to my area. Very frustrating, terrible communication.

Jets used to have the card that got stamped every time you spent money. So my husband was told that they would take a dollar off next time he came in from an employee. We went there this week and my husband showed the card and a different employee told him that they don't honor those and it was not punched by their punch. So basically calling my husband a liar. We will never go back there.
