The waitress Brooklyn was very nice and inviting. She made me feel welcome. I wish she would had come to the table more but it looks like there were only 2 ladies working. We plan on going back.

Great atmosphere even better service if you want good food good people and a place to chill it would be hard to find a better local place

My first time trying Playoffs bar. Absolutely amazing service from our bartender!! She was on top of her game. Excellent food, I got the burger and fries and it was cooked perfectly!

Bartender on Mondays is the best! Runs the the whole show by herself and doesn’t miss a beat

I'm giving this review because I know someone that goes there as a regular, and he would clearly be intoxicated/drunk, but they kept giving him drinks. I remembered I specifically went out with this person right after he left here and I almost died in a car accident since he was driving. I don't know for sure if this was an ongoing thing or if there's new management, but you guys really need to be careful with the drinks. Clearly he goes here because he keeps getting the service he wants, and there's been several times he has left here where he was acting out and drunk. Again I don't know if it was his alcohol or yours, but It was very scary. This needs to be regulated in some way before it gets out of hand.

We went to Playoffs bar and grill after our company softball game on whim. We experienced the greatest customer service from the lone bartender/cook there! We didn't catch her name but I believed it started with a J. There were about 15-20 of us and when I say she handled the unexpected crowd like a champ is an understatement!

Our drinks were strong and the food was delicious! This may be our new hangout after our softball games. We will surely be back!

Kudos again to her for taking us in and giving friendly customer service with a smile.

Great gem for DTW travelers and locals. <10 min drive from McNamara, Evans, rental lots, or the not-so-good hotels area restaurants. Owner operated, food is well priced, burgers/food cooked at your view. Patrons are mostly locals which removes a lot of the obnoxious corporate travel crowd.
Clean restrooms, good music, pool tables and a patio to enjoy on the good summer / fall days.

At there for lunch for the 2nd time and service was worse than the 1st time. Maybe no colors meant people and not bikers

Great prices, nice covered patio and you cannot beat the Hamburger Combo, which is delicious, /w fries and a beer for $11. Grill and fryer have been closed for unknown reasons multiple times despite there being two or more staff members working shift.

I went into this bar and the waitress was very rude. I ordered the cheeseburger and fries special. I told the waitress I wanted my burger well done. Then she snapped. She said did you want cheese in the cheeseburger when I said yes she proceeded to school me by telling me it’s not a burger it’s a cheeseburger. Then she overcharged me for my drink and told me it wasn’t her fault it was the computer. She had no control over it. So I paid and she never came back with my change. NEVER AGAIN will I go there and Never would I recommend it to anyone.
