I won’t be coming back, I had the worst experience today. Went through the drive through order was wrong so I went inside and told the barista, she says go to the register.. Told the cashier and said she’d remake it. I’m standing there waiting 10 minutes for a drink THEY made wrong and I still don’t have it. I ask for a refund because I have to go.. the cashier lady then tells me my order was voided and nobody felt like they should’ve communicated that another needed to be made? Trash, I will never give them another dollar of mine.

This place was not taking order at the counter prioritizing the drive through because they were under staffed. Completely ridiculous.
Randomly closed early afternoon on a Saturday. It was my only coffee option because I was at a nearby hotel with no transportation.

Stopped in this Starbucks to find those destination mugs that Starbucks does. They had several Michigan ones, so I picked up one as well as drinks. Drinks were fine.
Nice but weird that we can’t go inside the store at 9am. I have to stand outside and wait for the employees to bring my mobile order drink out… It is cold as heck outside. And I have no way to contact them and tell them that my drink is ready.

Waited 20 minutes in line for a woman to come out and say after the car in front of you were closed. Who does that? Not mad they needed to close at NOON, but who cuts a line in the middle. Close it at the end.

Place my order, was not ask name for the order,which was the first time. how ever after placing my order went and sat, after 5 minutes, I see other people that came after me got they order already, so I decided to go up at the counter, saw a coffee there, the attendant totally ignored me, just because I also order a ham and swiss croissant, that I saw laying on the other side of the counter, I assume that was my order since no one other customer was around waiting.
