Doordash driver, stood there waiting no one addressed me but all looked and seen i was there also not busy at all no one was ordering inside and barley any drive throughs girl standing on her phone. after 10 minutes my boyfriend came inside to see what was going on. Lady came up and said she didn't know how to work the drink fountain and thats all they were waiting on so another lady said she'll get it, waited another 5 minutes and just left and canceled the order. Don't waste your time take other orders and also don't order from this mcdonalds if your ordering off an app. Inside the place it is dirty and half the Employees look like they just rolled out of bed and did nothing to get ready.

EVERY time. And I mean EVERYTIME I order the sausage egg and cheese bagel meal with extra breakfast sauce from this fkn place they NEVER put it on there. Today I doordashed the whole bagel meal, I CALLED up there to ask them to please be sure to add the breakfast sauce. They put it in a fkn cup on the side and had my meal delivered with NO cheese on the mf. Idgaf how busy yall are. If you don't have good customer service and can't satisfy your fkn paid customers, by all means quit. Because I can't stand NONE of yall you're all terrible at your job. I'm a faithful customer as I have kids and live in the neighborhood and I'm always up there. And do they fix it or take care of it ? Absolutely not

WOW is all I can say. My lady was in the drive thru placed her order and then I said can you get me a shake please. My lady then said can I add another shake to that I'm sorry. This person literally said no you can't I already sent it. And would not allow her to add the other beverage to the order. Literally was told no.

Just came through drive through. Got home and wrong order. Again. This place is a joke. For the love of the food Gods, Learn how to stack a sandwich. It looks like they build a sandwich by literly throwing food across a room in a slice of wax paper, ball it it up and throw it in a bag. Cheese is only on half your meats, sauce all over the bun. Have some pride in your jobs. Sorry but this place sucks.

There is a 20-70 cent up-charge on every Breakfast menu item. You buy a meal, and every drink costs at least 20 cents to add. McDonalds is becoming more and more greedy, for no reason. I implore you to spend your money elsewhere.

I have held off and held my tongue and given this a chance. But holy s*** there's no freaking McDonald's to go to anymore that isn't horrible.I won't even go into the shenanigans and ridiculousness of what happened the last time I know you asked me. Why do I keep coming? Because the alternatives are worse? Hell, I even got for the first time in my entire 40 years of living... A cheese sandwich not even grilled cheese cheese in a bun without the Burger. But that's neither here nor there that was three months ago.BEFORE I FORGET... The one good thing was this young teenage boy who brought the meal out, apologized, was very polite and Complimented him because kids are not like that nowadays and he was excellent.This one used to be great and now every time it's pulled off to the side. 2 cars ahead of me should take a few minutes and waiting 15 simple to item order and I swear to God. I have seen every car with PoCs go ahead of me.and LEAVE and 2 of us who are NOT: stillW A I T I N G waiting. Take it for what it is. I'm just saying this is pretty messed up.

Took me 45 minutes to get food ordered on the McDonald's App.NO LONGER FAST FOOD.The cashier was on the phone the whole time I was there waiting for my food. Fries were soggy.This place use to be hopping. IT WAS DEAD. Not many in drive thru.Have no idea why it took so long to order and get my food. The cost of food has also doubled. I can eat at a nice restaurant for less.
