Can you really say anything negative about Starbucks? Well I’m sure there are always some negative things about any place but I’m here regularly in the 6 o clock hour and I’ve never had any issues of any kind! The staff are friendly and of course the coffee is amazing! My husband is NOT a coffee lover at all but they take the time to offer recommendations for him each time we come and always ask if he liked the previous drink they made for him! You know that is huge because you know how busy Starbucks can be!

I have observed many negative reviews. This location is my primary spot bc of the great customer service I always receive from everyone I have encountered. Shout out to Miriam for ALWAYS being so pleasant, personable, attentive and thorough with my orders. I don't see why there are so many complaints for them.

My husband and I go here at least once a week and their staff is always kind, efficient, and helpful. There is never a super long wait like some of the other locations.

According to the starbucks employee that took my order Starbucks does not stir any of their drinks including hot coffees, lattes, cappuccinos, and all iced drinks. I requested that she stirred my drink anyway so I could actually taste the flavor of the drink and she takes the cup and moves it around, didn’t try to use or offer me a straw or stirrer. They don’t have spoons that fit the cups…. When I asked the Starbucks in the Kroger at 9 mile & harper, I was told that they do stir their drinks except for ones such as the macchiato which is an unstirred drink. Don’t go to the Starbucks at 13 mile & little mack unless you like unstirred coffee or they invest in spoons they can use to stir their drinks.

Asked if I could get a coffee frappe decaf and the older lady told her no we can do decaf coffee frappe with espresso I said doesn’t espresso have caffeine she shook her head yes asked if there was decaf iced coffee she said no I can’t have a lot of caffeine and these people couldn’t even offer anything to satisfy me as a customer. Terrible
The woman who works in the mornings is supposed to be open at 6 a.m. got there at 6:15 she's talking to her friends tells me very rudely that she is not open. Then she proceeded to curse me
