I was recently in the store Friday evening . the manager was extremely rude to her employees , and to her costumers , she yelled at her employee “ go wash the dishes” I mean wow . I was humiliated for her !

Ordered 30 sliders and other items didn’t think to check my order because I come here all the time and never had a problem but this Particular day I got home and my son grab a burger that was bit into so I called management said there anit no one in here bitting burgers we got cameras. Not knowing I have cameras to so I politely took the food back and showed them my camera that my son did not bite the burger he took it out the bag and came straight to me and showed me. The manager even said it was a bite. I got my money back for the whole order I just think it is absolutely disgusting that some one will bite into the food I purchased and give it it us

1/2 my burgers are missing ketchup when it was requested I got no sauce for my shrimp went through drive-thru everything was good until she saw I was white then literally switched. Wouldnt answer me and scoffed when I said have a good night. All good I want be back. I will also be calling corporate so no other people have to deal with this garbage!

This place doesn't lesson to the customer order. They will give you what they have on their mind and under cook it and, whatever they cook on and with, need to be cleaned food taste like old grease....
I used to frequent this location, but I swear ,,they get your food wrong on purpose. Or the employees just don’t care!?!? Ordered a 10 sack with everything;; And said it twice !! everything on those including pickles !!!! Got my food ,,,No pickles !!!! Last three times got the order wrong !!!! How hard is it !!! Almost want the AI robots to take my order cus the workers can’t get it right ! and they need to change there oil more frequently

White Castle did a great Valentine's experience that is appropriate for anyone. This location had some nice touches such as soda toasts and goodie bags. The service was great. The staff was all dressed in red. The food was White Castle. This is a great activity for Valentine's Day.

The restaurant was decorated for Valentines Day, goodie bags were handed out, tablecloths, candles and candy made the evening special. Kim's pride and enthusiasm for her store are evident no matter where goes. The photo booth made for another memorable Valentine's Day dinner at White Castle for my wife and I and our friends! Great job Kim!
