The coffees and teas are great, as are their cheesecakes and pastries. The atmosphere is inviting, especially in the summer when the front windows are open. However, I do wish they offered more food options beyond pastries, and their service can be quite slow. Sometimes there is loud club music playing, which I’ve most often noticed on Sunday mornings and afternoons, which makes it hard to concentrate. Their bathrooms are also often extremely dirty and should be cleaned more.

Coffee is always great in here! Interior is cool! There is a stage so you can get lucky to see a band performing or someone reading poetry. Staff is nice and friendly. They also have a very delicious chai latte. Some secret ingredient, that tastes like michigan cherry ? makes it very delicious. Not sure if that was a seasonal thing, because lately it didn’t taste the same. Overall a great place!

First time in today. And it was a beautiful place. They need mire seating because it was full. I can see myself coming back here more. My cappuccino was delicious and beautiful upon presentation, the staff was courteous and helpful with making menu choices. Really chill vibe ?

They have a very nice vibe, it’s spacious and not as cramped and stuffy as the place in Rochester. Nor do they have one of the owners who is abrasive. Having said that, the desserts are on the stale side. The coffee is decent but most of the time lukewarm. The bathrooms can be cleaner.

Stopped by to grab a cup of hot chocolate and warm myself up. Hot chocolate was really good, nice and chocolatey. My partner got coffee and we split a blueberry muffin which was delish. Overall a nice cosy cafe to sit and chill in.Dietary restrictions: Non dairy options available

Love the coffee and atmosphere. The food/desserts are mid but more of a sidekick rather than a feature anyway. Staff are kind and the place always looks well cared for.

Great place to get some good coffee ☕️ or in my case oat milk chai latte! I love it extra hot and they nailed it this time. Service was fast and friendly! Atmosphere is great - not too crowded and lots of cozy seats. There is a stage and open mic so you can enjoy live music or performances occasionally.

Went in for the first time. Ordered a large Mocha with Oat Milk. Was a little put off that the large is only 12oz, the same price as most competing coffee places that usually have a 20oz or at least a 16oz as the large. But after tasting the drink, I have to say it was excellent. It had a very nice taste. Very rich tasting espresso, which is what I like.I just feel that 12oz was just not enough. I paid over $6.00 for my drink and when I finished it .. it left me wanting a little bit more and wishing it was atleast a 16oz. The shop has a nice chill atmosphere and nice staff. Next time I’m in Royal Oak, I would definitely go back again. I just wish they had larger sizes..

This place is a death trap. Look up at the vents and all of them are covered in BLACK MOLD! The couches are dirty and dusty and probably have never been cleaned. And the fruit flies, my god the fruit flies. Disgusting! It's a health hazard and in need of a DEEP cleaning!

thia is my go-to coffee house. They have a great selection of hit and cold teas that they steep for you. They have a nice selection of coffee drinks with non dairy options and some yimmy desserts/snacks. There is always plenty of seating with a fun open mic night on Wednesdays. The first two hours are free in the parking structure out back and use the back entrance.Dietary restrictions: they offer several non dairy mylk options and have gluten-free options for food tooParking: parking lot out back is free for the first two hours. Street parking ia metered. All parking is free on sundaysWheelchair accessibility: wheel chair accessible bathrooms and entrances-not automatic doors.
