My wife and I placed an order via the Freshii app on 2/22 from this location. The bowls were ice cold, the portions were half of what we'd normally receive and the food was generally inedible. The person staffed this evening was clearly not equipped to handle basic store operations. We were offered no assistance that night and the whole run around was a significant waste of our time. We're regular customers here and this was an extremely poor experience.

The person working there didn't seem sober enough to work. The soup tasted chewy and burnt.

I went there once and my bowl was gross. Tomato’s weren’t fresh. Chicken was REALLY SALTY. Bacon was gross. It took them 25 minutes to throw it together too, when they said 15 minutes when I ordered it. I wouldn’t go back.

Great place for lunch in Royal Oak, especially if you're looking something on the healthy/lite side.Staff is super friendly and nice. The buffalo wrap was delicious!

this place was so cute on the inside!! me and my aunt came in after we went into church, and the food was amazing and it was fulfilling. The workers there were super sweet and they were willing to help. will be coming back!

Super cute and lots of good food options! No staff was around for about 5 minutes until I called out and even then, the woman literally had "I don't want to be here" energy which ruined the first time visit big time. Hoping maybe I just caught a bad day, but it was really uncomfortable and I could tell she just wanted me to leave.

Food was pretty bland and expensive for what it was. Got one of their signature drinks and it was also disappointing.

Clean and inviting atmosphere. I like the fake greenery on the walls. Staff was friendly. Chicken added to the Chipotle bowl is yummy. Way too much rice for me in this bowl however, I'd try a salad next time. It's mostly just a rice bowl.
Ordered Online. Burritos were good. Heavy on rice, but large. Naan bread however was pathetically small. More line Naan-existant (which is the only reason I wrote this review)

Had pangoa bowl with extra ingredients such as mushrooms, tomatoes, roasted pepper. Not bad, but nothing special. I felt like I was eating rice with sauce majority of time. Felt like they were skimping on the ingredients, but maybe that's just how they are. The sauce was meh. Was too sweet for me, like a BBQ, which didn't match well with the bowl imo. Due to the sweetness, I only added like 1/6 (see pic for how much I added from the full container). So if you order this I suggest sauce on side. Other wise I prefer other "bowls" such as chipotle, qdoba, 2941 street food, sweetgreen. Plus protein is extra here.

The only positives: kids eat free on Sunday and pretty clean.ignored by staff standing at the register on their phone when our party was standing at the register for 5 minutes. staff also talks on the phone while making food.soup was barely luke warm and had no flavor. sandwich was barely luke warm and the paper stuck to the sandwich.Too expensive for the results.

This is no offense to the workers here, I just keep hating my food here. This is my 3rd time over a few year span eating here and I’ve been dissatisfied with the food every single time.Specifically, the blandness of the chicken and the wraps in general, the lack of better menu options, and the overfilling of rice instead of proteins. I paid $15 for a rice filled pita today.

Ok food for the price. Steak was a little chewy but chipotle bowl was good.
