Would give zero stars if I could. This is easily the worst Coney Island I’ve ever encountered. Only been inside once - staff and service was awful when it wasn’t even busy. Took forever for a waitress to come to our table with nearly nobody in the restaurant. Ordered takeout from them today and order was completely messed up. Items wrong and missing items. I was then told there’s “nothing they could do” about my order being messed up because “they don’t have a manager there”.

Ordered about $60 worth of food at 3 o’clock this morning, 45 minutes later we get a delivery of chicken nuggets and a fry, that’s it.Told the driver that was not ours. She said she’ll take it back, I commented on the app that we never received our order, so they were remaking it. Well, At 5 o’clock we finally received our order. It still wasn’t right and they forgot the pop. I ordered an omelette with mushrooms, ham and onions and hashbrowns . What I received was the right omelette, but I got corn beef hash ! I despise corn beef hash !This is ridiculous. I will never eat at Leo’s again. I’ll call the one in Berkley. They’re way better.

I am so sorry if I have to say these. I just wanna have good services because I pay for you. Reason I came to this restaurant because the first time I was so happy with good services.I haven't ever had bad services before. When I went to restroom, the door blocked outside. I tried to open and called but no one heared. When I called hotline, he opened the door.Secondly, when I enjoyed my morning, she gave me burned food and without spoon and folk.Thank you !

Ordered two fish dinners off of doordash was very disappointed the audacity in the quality that was sent out is unbelievable! Food was cooked to a total crisp! The food was not edible!

I ordered the chicken quesadilla from this Leo’s location for the first time twice in one week through DoorDash. I normally enjoy the food from Leo’s but there is something wrong at this location. They did not give me the salsa and sour cream that comes with the meal on either time. I am beyond upset with the service from this location because I called before I placed my order to remind them to please remember the salsa and sour cream this time. The lady at the desk was extremely nice and helpful but the staff responsible for packing the orders seem incompetent. I will not be ordering from this location ever again!!!!! Good luck to anyone who eats at this location, wish you the best!

This place has fallen all the way down hill. Every table was dirty and not wiped down. The floor was greasy and dangerous to walk on. The salad was limp and seemed like it was days old. The grease in the fryer must be old due to the way the fries tasted. The service as aloof as if they were doing me a favor by even taking my order. The bathrooms were filthy from floor to ceiling and smelled like a urine. This place used to be decent and enjoyable but it’s a total dump now. The owners should be ashamed of their establishment and the city should fine them or shut them down. Royal Oak seems to be declining from an hip and respectable small town to a dirty self serving detached community. I hope good people come together and give some love to this town and don’t let it decay into another place where people just don’t care about their home or each other.

I couldn't believe how stingy the plates are. I've been to numerous Leo's and have always been given a genius amount of food. I spent $50 on 3 meals. I ordered a medium chefs salad and received barely any meat and cheese, let alone lettuce. I ordered a chicken finger pita and chili fries, chili was all over my pita, not to mention the fries were old and soggy. The fries made me sick and I couldn't even try to eat them. What a waste of my money!! Very disappointed in this place and will NEVER order from here again. I will go the extra mile for a different location.
This is the worst saganagi flaming cheese I have ever seen. I should have ordered a coney or a breakfast. I eat at Leo's coney Island in Plymouth all the time and it's great. I was very disappointed. The staff were great. But don't go there for "opa" the picture below is at Plymouth Leo's......Royal Oak was just goo.... looked nothing like this.

Got his name a.j. very rude on the phone, he lied about being a manager, he said my order said one thing when it said another, my fries were old soggy and gross, I got one piece of cheese when I asked for extra!!!! I got 10 pieces of chicken when I ordered a 14 piece, way to steal my money..... paid over 50$ for the wrong and gross meal and rude customer service. This place deserves to get shut down. Absolutely nothing was fresh
