Ok so I like the club/dancing side. One night this was pre-COVID I went to the bar on the restaurant side. The bartender literally gave me a drink with zero liquor in it. Trust me I’m not no heavyweight drinker so I can tell. I’m 25 yrs old not a little kid. Idk if she did that on purpose or maybe a jealousy thing or if she was new but it was so insulting. I got my usual Long Island. I remember basic characteristics of her not not specifics. I doubt I will ever go back. When I went back to the bar after finishing the drink I didn’t see her. Smh plus I gave her good tip

Absolutely the worst customer service in the Detroit metro area since Uptown Eatery. 1:45 Minutes for our table to get drinks. The manager was asked twice. She kept saying I’m the manager not a server. The owner was no better excuse after excuse WITH NOT ONE DRINK POURED.Yes they are over priced but who cares if the vibe is right and you treat well. The manager at one point even confided she’s thinking about quitting.Just a terrible experience from the top down. Yore much better off going next door or any other spot on S. Main. You drinks will be less and your experience better.

This is horrible establishment and the person who runs it is even worse. He's an adulterer and a racist he was terrible to the black staff and replaced them all with white young girls. I would not recommend or support!

Negative stars if they would allow it Came in here Saturday March 14 And what a disappointment. Server was exceptionally slow, food was just absolutely horrible, drinks? Where do I start, you don't make the drink so sweet that you can't drink it, WTF!! On top of all that, when the wife and I first walked in we felt as thou we were in romper room with all the teenage kids running around. This place sure did go down hill from the last time I visited. To be quite honest with you, I felt Like I walked into a chuckee cheese somewhere in the city of Detroit and didn't feel very welcomed, rather then a bar in upscale Royal Oak. I won't ever be returning to this establishment !!!! Bill was 77.00 I left 90.00 with tip. Even thou the terrible service I still tip

Had a horrible experience last night at dinner. When I walked in there was no hostess, after waiting a few minutes we asked the bartender who said we could sit anywhere. There was a party in the main room and the parents were using the arcade on the other side of the bar as a free babysitter. Kids were running back-and-forth through the bar and around the bar tables the entire time we were there. At no point did I see a manager asking kids to stop running, it felt like I was at Chuck E. Cheese. Heck at no point was there a visible manager. I had the impossible burger, it was on the vegan menu but you had to customize it to have it vegan and it didn't have the same kind of cheese when it came versus what was on the menu. The person I was with had a regular burger. $12 and didn't include fries or chips. I ordered a side of fries but when our food came 30 minutes later, no fries. By the time the fries did come we had already finished our dinner. We were there for an hour and no one refill our drinks, or checked on us to see if we needed anything. Horrible dining experience and service. 2 out of 3 stalls in the bathroom were out of toilet paper, the garbage was overflowing, and the counter top was peeling off. This place has been here forever and you can tell in their quality of service they take it for granted that they will always be there and don't even try

I've been wanting to try this place for a while. After shopping and walking around downtown, I stopped in for lunch. I had the Ruben and my friend had the Club. The Ruben was perfect size; not too big not too small. Both were very very good! The service was not great, but not the worst I've had. All in all, good experience.

My friend and I came here before a concert. There was probably 3 tables full. Service was horrible, waited about 20 mins to put our order in. In addition to that, our server was extremely rude and needs to work on her social skills if she is going to continue to be a server. My friend and I asked for separate bills, she brought the bill and they were the same amount. Our bill was $11 and we gave a $20, she said, "do you need change?" Sorry. You're not getting a 80% tip ... After she took them she said that she printed off two of the same bills and my friends was more. She did the transaction right in front of us and didn't give the full change back. Food was okay. Not coming here again and definitely not recommending it to others.
