I go to this location often and never have an issue but today the lady with the red hair was so rude and I got charged for extra meat there was only 6 pieces of meat on my sandwich I will not be returning to this location and time

Your workers be tripping on preparing these sandwiches. Telling customers what THEY want on their sandwiches. They need to be more attentive to what the customer is trying to tell them. ESPECIALLY when they telling you from a list. Not what you think THEY need on their sanwich. Think about QUALITY of the product instead of trying to hurry up to push us out the door. NOT A GOOD LOOK!

The site and sign on the door state they open at 9am. I've now been there 3x just after 9am and nobody there, literally dark, nothing set up... If you don't open at 9am then change your site and door sign information.

11 mile rd Royal Oak Subway is a pathetic joke, one of the workers was slamming things repeatedly, and seemed very unhappy to serve me because I asked for a steak and cheese and he had to go back and get more steak, I thought maybe it was just a mistake, as he first signed and huffed and puffed as he walked away, but after it happened again and again and when he came to the front to serve me, another slamming of the container onto its holding spot, I had had enough and told him if "he was unhappy then he needs to find a different place to work" then I was told by the other worker, " to chill out that he's just a kid ". So let me get this right your coworker is slamming things left and right and I'm the one that's asked to chill out? Lol, it was absolutely ridiculous I'll never go back there again

I come here frequently. The food is always fresh and nice. The restaurant is clean. The best part is the employees being nice. Subway is cheap, affordable, and actually good. I recommend placing the order online because it can get busy sometimes.

NEVER go to this Subway if you want to use coupons, or frankly any Subway. Why do they list exclusions on coupons if everything that's excluded isn't even listed? On top of this the gentleman who was cashing us out wouldn't even let us explain the coupon and just argued that it won't work. Very rude and Subway lost 2 customers of 20 years.

This Subway is really bad. Staff was rude. The guy at the register did not say a word to me. The food was ok, but I would really go somewhere else.
If you have coupons, do not go to this location. I've been going there for such a long time, even before they moved from one location to this new location and they've always excepted coupons. When I walked in there today, not only were the two employees Not professional and not good customer service but they also said in order to take my coupon I cannot order any sandwiches 1-12. They said I could only order a build your own sandwich, which is basically tuna, turkey or salami sandwiches. None of the steaks or chickens they said. If you're not taking coupons, why don't you post it before people order, I had my coupon in my hand. it wasn't only me though, the gentleman behind me also had a coupon and was very disappointed that they are no longer excepting coupons for all subs. Luckily, I have another one down the street from me and that's the one I will be going to from now on because they have good customer service, very clean, and they except our coupons. It's also faults from corporate office for sending out coupons when stores do not take them. You just lost my 11 year business.

They close at 9:30 apparently and like leaving the, "OPEN" sign on and door unlocked so you can come in just for them to tell you they're closed. Either that or they don't like serving people of color. I forgot I was in Royal oak. Smfh.
