9:30am on a Monday there were 3 cars ahead in the drive through and it took us 30 minutes, drinks came out wrong and food was just ok

The drive thru line always takes an excruciatingly long time, and it is barricaded by a brick wall so you can’t leave the drive thru if you don’t want to wait. Food is okay but service and the drive thru setup is just unfortunately really poor. Also we were given the wrong drinks even after waiting a very long time in line (30+ minutes).

I visited this Tim Hortons twice this week for an Iced Capp and they make them right! They made both of them flavorful, dark, and with the right consistency. They weren't watery or two thick. I'll visit this location again for cold drinks!Parking: Many spaces are available around the entire building.

I waited in the drive-through line for 16 minutes. Too long with 6 cars ahead of me. When I finally got my egg and cheese croisantwich, I headed down 11 mile rd to Dequindre rd and arrived at work. Opened my sandwich, and I t did not look appealing. The back of the sandwich was burnt, the cheese was not melted, and the egg was small. And I had to heat up my sandwich to melt the cheese. It's not a picture-perfect sandwich.

This is about the least efficient coffee shop in the area. There is always a huge line outside that barely moves. The coffee is alright, but you're far better off going down the street to Bigby, especially if you're in a hurry.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. It's the closest to my house, so we keep going back hoping it will get better and it doesn't. The service is extremely slow and they usually always get our order wrong. Today, we went through the drive through and I got my coffee right away. We then waited 10 minutes for our food just for the manager to come to the window and ask if we got our food yet (we had not). Fast forward another 10 minutes and we get our food (with now a ton of cars behind us). We drive away and 2 of our 4 items are wrong and 1 is ice cold (gross). They also did not give any napkins which would not be a big deal but we actually needed them for the mess of a sandwich they made. Absolutely horrible. We are done giving them our service.

Do not go here. Seriously. I’ve tried giving it several shots, but it’s just so, so bad. If I can save one person from spending money here, I consider it a job well done. It takes 15 minutes to get 1 coffee. It says “under new ownership” and apparently they are the worst owners ever. Please spend your money literally anywhere else.

Coffee was horrible. Food was nonexistent. The machines are disgusting. The place is under the construction and it’s covered in dust. It should not be serving coffee, or anything for that matter. It wasn’t just the dust. Everything was filthy before the dust. You could tell is hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Speaker is broken. I had to scream to be heard and repeat myself many times. Coffee was water down. Timbits had no sprinkles on them, They forgot my bagel. We had to go in and wait about 10 minutes to get a refund. There were no customers in there only two girls working.
