The store closes at random hours. I'm not exaggerating. Sometimes 7, sometimes 8 whatever the people working that day feel like working is closing time. This has happened several times now. The hours advertised online do not reflect the hours the shop is open at all. I also went there recently. The drive though is poorly designed so if I had gotten in line I would've literally been in the street. Obviously I decided to park and just walk in. It was 6:30pm on a Saturday. Normally love Tubby's! Today, didn't have a great experience at this location :( Ordered a 7 foot party sub, with mild peppers on the side. The order turned out only okay... 1. The sub wasn't cut (how do I serve this at a party???) 2. Paid extra for the mild peppers, and received one 4 oz. cup (for 7 feet of sub!) 3. Only about two tomatoes per foot (once I figured out how to cut it, very few slices had tomatoes) ...not sure I would recommend ordering party subs from here!

The employees here always make it a great experience. The subs are always great and the drive thru is always fast! My only suggestion would be to change their online hours to the accurate closing times, a small sign on the drive thru window doesn’t really do the job.
