HORRIBLE! Iwaited in line an hour!! I paid $37 for 5 coneys, chicken sandwich meal and pop. People in line were leaving but I had already paid and they have a sign at the window "no refunds". The staff made zero attempts at speed, even though everyone was irate after 45 minutes and we sat there 15 more minutes after being parked to wait. No apologies or anything. I'll never be back

Went through the drive thru where a sign said they give no refunds because they always get your order right. They got our order wrong. Definitely not going back ever.

It took forever for someone to come up to the register to take our order. After it did come up, my hot dog was barely warm with very little chili on it. I took it back up.While I waited 10 minutes for another one, 4 people walked out because no one was taking their order even though there were at least 5 people working there.The bathrooms and windows were nasty too.

Took forever to get chili dogs, were still cold. Filthy. Floor was slippery with so much grease. Even the restrooms. Tables were sticky. Disgusting. Won't ever go back. As I go thru the past reviews, people all say about the same. A&W responds back with "it will be addressed "Funny it doesn't get addressed. I guess they don't really care.

We stopped here for a quick meal.. needless to say it was the WORST AW we've ever ate at. Aside from waiting 20+ minutes for our meal, the burger was so over cooked it was basically jerky and cold. Then the cheese curds were all hollow with no cheese in them. And to top it off there is no changing table in the rest rooms, the high chairs are black and sticky as well as the floors. Betst of luck if you ever stop here.
