just went there my burger was not even cooked was still cold like just out of the cooler hopefully this location gets close down before they get people sick yes I am going to the health department with that disgusting buger and I will never go to a burger king again

Was ok, the cashier got my order not complete correct so I went back and explained what my problem was , and I got a answer not very satisfied, so I ask what was MS she said medium soda, I had a small cup, she switched They also forgot my French fries, I really think they were understaffed, so I let go but probably not going back to this location

I love their breakfast. They are so nice and the food is always hot and fresh. I almost gave up on burger King since the frankenmuth location kept messing up my order. Glad I gave a different location another chance.

This is the second time that we ha e placed an k line order and they "forgot" half the order. They make us wait minutes with no one inane before they can even take an order. So now we have waited 15 min in drive through for our food and we have to go back around wait another 15 min plus and our food is now cold.. horrible

Overall, the food tastes good for fast food, and they have some pretty good paper coupon and online deals. But, the food can be pricey considering it's fast food if you aren't using any coupons or deals.

This store is so ghetto! I came here and I knew I should’ve turned around when I seen the two cars in the parking lot warming up. The lady’s says they’re closed. It wasn’t even closing time. I asked her why are you saying they’re closed, it’s not 11 yet. She says, I closed my kitchen down early. What in the what??? Who does that??? Just ghetto and these people don’t care, but want to make 15 an hour when you don’t want to put forth the effort and assist the customer. Why are you still on the clock then? You obviously warming your car up and sitting on the clock to get paid. Just pure laziness!

They suck try over charge on there menu prices tried to to charge me$5.75 for a junior whopper that's $2.75 and a small fries that's $1.19 that's $3.94 that I actually got almost everyday for lunchBut after today when they said $5 75 forget it

I love Burger King in general but I love this location. They have had the same consistent manager for years and it shows. Food is ALWAYS fresh, and they always get your order right.
