Employees all are very nice and work very hard! Good teamwork. The place is sanitary and the food is good and well made! I love this McDonalds!!! There is one newer female employee specifically that is always super nice and very helpful! You can tell she does her best work, and I feel she deserves to progress at this establishment!!!
Best Chocolate Shakes in town.
McDonalds is always McDonalds, but this staff is friendly, efficient, and has themselves together.
I mean, it's McDonald's. A lot of fatty food but tastes good.
if they would get their ice cream machine working sometime soon it might be nice.
Forgot the fries for ALL of my order (3) total. Then the employees started arguing with each other over who’s job it was to check...
Always fast! Always a good value.
Another order wrong, never fails.
Its a Happy Place!!
Never had a problem with this location. Hot food, fast and cheap. What more do you want?
Today I just bought chocolate chip cookies, they were freshly made and soft and delicious.
Love my morning crew!! They always make my coffee right and they're ALL very friendly and helpful!!
Grandkids like this 1 the best around Saginaw. Decent people and nice staff.
A little McDonald's is always good lol
There quick an very courteous
Great food, was understaffed so service was slow.
nice and fast place to go before you take the kids to school or practice. very clean
Never get your order right! And ice cream machine is ALWAYS down!
Ba dum bum bum bum! I'm lovin' it!
Food is always fresh. Employees are so nice. Fast service even when it’s the busiest. Would recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.
The lattes are usually made to a T. The last one, however, had no coffee added! I had to go back into a long line to have it corrected.
Good Food 👠Great Help
Nice staff clean and the burgers were good
Using the app I am able to get good deals
Very nice inside, comfortable and clean. Food was also good, one of my favorites is their fish sandwich and those fries are always good.
The speed of the drive thru was good but my sandwiches were made sloppy and between my 3 orders of fries we have equalled 1 1/2 med fries. They were only half full.
Kids love the new play area.
Nice new play area (with a toddler area, too). Even the 10yo had fun on this one.
I used the drive thru even though they were very busy the service was very fast.
Tons of fun for the kids but it seems like every other time we go my kids get sick.
Y'all ought'a know what a McDonald's taste like - this one tastes like that. It's got a large play place for the loud, annoying kids. It's got a quieter mellow-vibe area on the complete opposite side for me to chill and enjoy my food. This crazy lady I know stays out of Shields as a whole so she don't have anything to say about this spot.
Could have been better. I ordered on the kiosk and it took over fives to get our food. When it did come we were missing items. I then asked for a fork and knife they never showed up. Then it took me over 2 minutes to get someone's attention. Then as well the food looked like it was thrown together a hour before. Not to impressed at all.
It took me a bit to place my order and the nice young lady was very patient and kind. I didn't have to wait for my food. Service was great.
Hemlock mi mcdonalds is the worst ever and it's the only place in our tiny town with a drive thru. ordered a meal this morning with some fanta orange, specified twice. ended up with a small Orange juice. get to the window and the girl taking the order didn't have peanut butter in her ears as it appeares, she had music on her phone all the way up so she couldn't even hear our order. this kind of stuff happens all the time. don't ask for extra anything because you won't get it, and hope you didn't really want what you actually ordered because you'll probably get something totally unrelated if you're lucky enough to even get all of your order. and you want 15 dollars an hour. please.
First visit since the remodel. My granddaughter loves the new playscape. I agree with others that it is small. 4 large cones with caution table occupies the middle,of the floor. If this was a non school day I think it would be impossible if the seats were all full. Definitely not enough space for very many, kids.
Lately the food has tasted horrible. I am not sure what they have changed with the French fries but the have a weird taste. Best to drown them in ketchup but that isn't very good either. The rest of our food wasn't very good either.
The staff was excellent. The only one who is never ever friendly is the one lady that works the drive thru. I am not sure if she is a manager or not. Every time I have gone thru she acts like you are an inconvenience to her and practically throws your food at you.
Hand washing between register and food should be enforced. On another visit I witnessed a manager changing the trash and, collecting trays then went right to bagging up food without washing her hands.
The new playscape is so small that the kids run around in the open space and real crowded in the playscape.
Great food and friendly, professional service. They've recently introduced table service here and the employees are clearly still getting used to it, but it definitely enhances the experience.
This McDonald's has just been given a facelift, with an updated play place. My kids have always loved this one for having the largest play place, but with the changes, it's not the largest anymore...but that seems to be okay as my kids LOVE the new play place just as much, even though it's smaller. We haven't had any issues with the food or the wait, but all our interactions have been during the day, not at night. Overall, nice and clean, updated, and normal McDonald's menu. The only thing I don't like about McDonald's is there "revolving door menu" where every time you go, something you used to get isn't available anymore, like $1 mcdouble (over $1.50 now), or 2 for $2.50 ($1, $2, $3 menu now). Even adjusted for inflation, a 50%+ increase on dollar menu prices is a bit rediculous. Also the TV screens don't stay stationary long enough for you to actually make a decision, and it is difficult to even find anything on the screens that would might be looking for.
