Very bad Customer service, waited forever and then they said all the machines where "cleaned for the night" so we couldn't get anything we wanted. Drive threw was open until 12 and it was only 10:30. Should not have everything down for the night still. Needs better management.

I pulled up through the drive through and the lady asked if i was using the mobile app and i said yes...I then waited there for 4 minutes to hear back from her and when i did she asked me what i wanted and did not even apologize for the wait..i told her i wanted to get 3 mcdoubles no pickle, medium fry, large diet coke, and a large shamrock shake. she then said that the shake machine was broken....which always seems to be the problem. i then said okay no problem and she asked if that was all and i told her yes and she gave me my total. i then paid for my food and pulled up to my second window. I got my food and headed home. When I got home ready to eat my food i noticed that there was no medium fry which I paid for... I should of got my receipt but I did not even think about it because the back cash person didnt offer it to me. Anyway all I had was the three mcdoubles and the diet coke. I got my mcdoubles out and the bread was hard like it had been sitting there for a while and there were pickles on the burger which i asked them 2 times to not put pickles on it. I am disgusted by the service here and how the handled my order. It will be a long time until I come back to this mcdonalds and I will not refer to this one again. I hope mcdonalds will fix this, then I will change my review.

This is the only McDonald's I feel like I'm never acknowledged by any of the employees. Food has always been good though slow at times even when it isn't busy and I'm quite patient and understanding.Kid-friendliness: They have a decent play place.

Took the whole family to dinner around 6:15 PM (Jan 30, 2024).My children we're very excited to play in the playplace.The exterior building lights were turned off. After we ordered our food and sat down, we were informed that the playplace was closing at 6:30.Way to disappoint my kids, as this is a special treat for them.It makes no sense for a restuarant to close a lobby at dinner time.

This place has gone downhill faster than I've ever seen a place go. They had the size of my drink wrong & I didn't catch it until I got to the window because their screen that shows what was ordered was broken. When I explained quite nicely I needed the drink to be a large not a kids size small she rolled her eyes & said well you're getting a small. I reached over to give her $2 & tell her please I need the large she told me I would need to get in line all over again & get the large & slammed the window. I was so in shock that I left absolutely stunned. I called the manager but I'm sure he cared only a little more than she did. I'll never go there again & it saddens me to see this is what my little home town McDs has become. I won't even get into the constant items they're always out of , broken equipment & higher prices than the McDs a few miles away. Be smart & seek an alternate place to eat.

Breakfast sandwich had small bits of egg shell in it.On the one hand, props to McDonalds for using fresh eggs... On the other hand, please work on improving your egg cracking technique.
