Went through the drive through and had to wait 20 minutes for my food and it was cold. 8 cars were behind me and got their food before I did. Must have forgotten about me.

Very poor drive thru operations. With a double driver through they failed to finish the car in front of us and let 10 cars go through before coming back to the car in front of us. Then they asked us to pull into an already occupied waiting spot. This is very poor operation compared to other location or drive
Big chance your food is going to come, not the way you ask. Cook to order fries seems to never be hot at all. Drive thru, you can hear people laughing and never acknowledge that you're there. Had a moment when a person at drive thru snapping at me. Saying did you just snatch that from me?? No you gave my my fries. And you were busy talking about inappropriate things. Which my kids can hear.
