I wish I could give Fatt Matt’s, more stars then just these 5.I can not give a specific date or time, for this review because I do get Fatt Matt’s pizza at least once a week. I actually always order a pasty. 2 sides of the garlic cream cheese stuff. Yummy.My Favorite Pizza joint in town.Not saying that because my son works there, or because Matt is a long time family friend. But because they make great food.

From the non-ADA compliant front door, to the fact they don’t care about having a simple website, Fat Matt’s has been a severe disappointment.What modern business uses only a Facebook page for their business? Many people don’t use facebook, but the genius at Fat Matt’s could care less. When confronted about it they let it be known they didn’t care if they got my business.

Garlic knots rule. Add a tiny bit of salt to the pizza sauce/cheese and I'd give it five stars. This is a very good pizza joint. If you're traveling here and want pizza this is the place.

Best pizza we've had in a loooooong time! We are so glad we found this little pizza place (thanks Google!) when searching for a place to eat last minute. There is no dine in but that was fine with us. Our 8yr said he would rate it a 10 star pizza ? while he was eating it! Ordered double pepperoni large pizza, cheese bread (to die for!) And garlic knots. Thanks Fatt Matt's for the delicious food!

This pizza is great. Thin crispy crust with fresh toppings. We also tried the Italian Sub and it was fabulous. Delivery was fast and food was hot. We will be ordering often.

Visited last night with my family as we traveled to SSM from Ohio. We always seek out local pies when we travel and we're so glad we checked out Fat Matt's! On a side note Matt wasn't as fat as expected- could be called average slightly overweight Matt's- but that doesn't rhyme.Pizza was phenomenal. Toppings tasted very homemade and not processed or canned. Brick oven put an awesome crisp on the crust yet left the outer crust nice and chewy. Dilly bread was fun and flavorful, I really appreciated the red onions in addition to the pickles that you don't usually find at other places.Staff was super friendly and my kids enjoyed over sharing with them!I feel really bad for anyone that goes to a pizza "chain" place while visiting SSM when they have this gem in town!11/10 would recommend!

You don't need to answer because it is HANDS DOWN THE BEST PIZZA IN SSM!We order almost every Saturday and we have never gotten anything less then perfection!The staff has never been anything less then super polite and friendly. The delivery drivers are also super friendly at the door when bringing our food. The pizzas are piping hot and smell delicious. The crust, I could go on for a bit. It's as close to heaven as I can get on Earth. I am serious it's super crispy thin crust but it holds up to extra cheese and pepperoni so you really don't need a plate. (which is awesome!) They are generous with toppings which is great for the price of a large pie. And their S'mores dessert - wow! Definitely worth the price. The sugary / cinnamon on the end is wonderful.I would have posted pics but we already ate most of both the pie and dessert pie lol. There is a reason we choose here on Saturdays - it's our movie / date night and nothing is better then a good pie and a movie.You won't be disappointed! If you like a thin crust pie you won't find better in Sault Ste Marie! (Oh and delivery is usually pretty fast - can't forget to mention that.)Double Cheese / Double Pepperoni - Fatt Matt's gift to the world! A generous gift to us!

We just ordered a pizza and the everything bagel knots tonight for dinner. And we could not have been happier! Pizza was delicious and cooked perfectly! Knots were seriously the best and seasoned so well. Very friendly staff and atmosphere! Highly recommend!

Very nice pizza. We got 4 pizzas and 2 orders of breadsticks and we were able to feed about 16 people with almost a full pizza left. The place was small but very clean for a very busy pizza place. The help was nice and we will absolutely come back. I recommend this place and found it because of the name on Google. Let's be honest if he's honest enough to put that name out there then I will say yeah he likes food like me and spend our $ there. This is not the cheapest for the town but it is worth the $ for the value and flavor.

Five star components: Garlic knots were superb. Sauce on the Margherita pizza was very flavorful. The chicken, bacon, Alfredo pizza had a lot of toppings. The brick oven crust was nice and crispy. The place is open past 8pm when a lot of other places have closed.Could use some work: sauce and toppings could go closer to the edge of the crust, or the crust could be brushed with something. It's a personal taste issue, but the Alfredo sauce (while plentiful) wasn't my favorite. The Margherita pizza needed more toppings...more basil, more mozzarella, something...We'd definitely eat there again, but probably go with the garlic knots and a more traditional pie :)
