I moved to the Soo from Chicago 6 years ago, so I have high standards for the food here, and Zorba's meets it EVERY time. Something I pay attention to when eating out is the cuts of vegetables and fruits in different dishes. in the pic you can see how finely chopped the cucumber and onion are. These guys have awesome knife skills! The lettuce was some of the freshest I've had recently. The fries are always SO crispy, but I often get the salad with the dishes because it tastes just as good. You can grab some grub like the gyro sandwich, or treat yourself to a healthy yummy Greek salad - everything is equally good!I also love coming here on dates or taking my family out because of the cozy atmosphere :)

This place is a staple of Sault St Marie when you come here, great drinks, great food and great service. It is just a place you can come and grab really good food, hang out with friends and even have great and friendly service and the vibe here is relaxing, inviting and just a homely environment. So I had the Onion Tings and the Zorba Burger, the burger was juicy and amazing and the crumbled cheese was delicious. This is definitely worth the visit every time you come here .

Love this place, gyro is top notch and huge! Greek salad is excellent, everything else looks really good (especially the burger) but I can't stop ordering the gyro and salad. Someday I might get to the other things.

Good place to grab a bite in SSM. Had the mozzarella sticks which were tasty. The marinara was better than the ranch. Also had the gyro w fries and Greek salad. All of it was good. Fries were nothing special. The Greek salad was good. The gyro was plentiful w meat and had good flavor. I'll definitely come back. Service was friendly and fast

Zorba's has been in the Sault for many years. In the years we've been eating here, we have never been disappointed.

The food was alright. Service was slow through and through, and they were not very busy. The prices were a little high, and the restaurant itself was dirty and had a bit of a moldy smell. But if you want Greek food and you're in Sault Ate Marie, MI, this is likely your only viable option.

We stopped in last night as a party of 8 and caught the staff off guard, but they were able to accommodate us. They seated us in the Alpha bar, which was totally fine and quiet enough during dinner hours. We ordered our drinks, and it took three tries before I finally got my water from server Ally/Allie. I had also ordered a kiddie cocktail because I was trying to avoid alcohol, and the second time they brought me something different, like they put pineapple juice in it and it was pretty gross. I was bummed that they altered my order and made us pay for their drink that I didn't order instead of just sprite and grenadine. We ordered our food and things came out quickly enough with the exception of my man's food. Everyone was almost done eating by the time his came out, which was disappointing. The food, however, was really good and I particularly enjoyed the fries. The signature sauce served with the feta fries tasted like a funky Cajun ketchup and was not anything like an "authentic house made sauce" as advertised, and I was weirded out that they charged us $2 for one cup of ranch, never ordering ranch there again at that price. The baklava cheesecake was good, but conceptually didn't work well. Overall, I think it was good enough to try again but hear the burger seems to be the item to order. We were also advised by the regulars we went with that this location closes a lot and sporadically so make sure to call ahead to check.

Nice little local joint in downtown Sault Ste Marie Michigan. We love Greek food, so this was a great find for us. The reviews were decent, so we walked in & were seated pretty quickly even though the place was packed at about 2 in the afternoon on a weekday. The inside of this place smells like an old-timey diner. So nostalgic! My husband got one of their bugers with fries, and I got the chicken souvlaki with a Greek salad. My husband said his burger was excellent, and the fries were dynamite! I couldn't stop "sharing" them with him. :DMy souvlaki was very well seasoned & nicely cooked. The chicken chunks were juicy and tender. The greek salad was on point, fresh & all the requisite components! The tzatziki sauce was the best I've had anywhere. I do wish the meal had come with more feta, and at least one pita. But overall it was a terrific meal, and the server was very pleasant and efficient. We were jonesing for some baklava, but the person who makes it for them was off due to a family emergency, so no baklava. I bet it's incredible, though.

The gyro is delicious and probably the only authentic one you will get north of Saginaw. I wish their hours were more consistent, their online listings state they are open at certain times and I've shown up and they are closed and dark.
