Went in because we had a gift card, and the place was not clean. The staff seemed like they could care less, and were not respectful to my fellow customers. When I pulled out my gift card at the register, the girl looked at me and told me their 'gift card machine' wasn't working. I'm not an idiot, having worked retail myself. There is no such thing as a gift card machine. There are multiple ways that one can enter a valid gift card, but instead of being helpful, she lied to my face. I was not able to use my gift card, since I didn't want to be rude about it. I am quite upset!

Do not come here unless you wanna find random objects in your food. This location is mad dirty too, but I still gave it a chance because it was late and I needed to eat. I contacted support and they couldn’t do anything because they failed to give me a receipt. Spending all this money just to get a nasty attitude and possible food poisoning. Not worth it.

It was an hour and a half before they're scheduled to close on a Sunday and they were out of fajita veggies, cilantro lime rice, pinto beans were old and dried out, no carnitas, it was ridiculous! They were telling people it would be 20 minutes before the Cilantro rice would be ready. And when I asked how long before they had fajita veggies they said they weren't cooking anymore tonight! UNACCEPTABLE!! This location has really gone down. I passed going to the Evergreen location bcuz they slack often and decided to go here in telegraph only to be completely disappointed! Tired of everybody thinking since the pandemic that poor quality food and poor service now has to be the norm! Business owners need to do better or I'm glad to no longer patronize these places!!!

Only taking online orders. Trash management.

The staff at this restaurant as well as the women who seemed to be in charge were very unprofessional. My order was made incorrectly and instead of offering to help me I was told I had to call customer service. Service not worth the time it took to stand in line. The food itself was just average.Food: 2/5

I always eat at this Chipotles as well as others but mostly this one here cuz I live in the area I haven't had one incident to where my meal wasn't prepared correctly yeah there is a lot of young folks that work there but they're quick I read the reviews on here anyone reading my review you can call me the reviews below are they experience 3 weeks ago if you noticed all them say 3 weeks ago I'm not getting paid from Chipotle's I'm just a regular customer, I don't have a problem with this particular Chipotle's I don't have a problem with any of them that I've been through. Only thing left I have to say is keep up the good work oh and you can add a little bit more cilantro to your recipe LOL ?

Guys please for the love of God do not come into this store- if that’s even the word for this disgusting establishment. As soon as you walk in you get a rude look from all of the employees and as you take a look at where you’re eating, you notice the disgusting store as well. All of the tables are filled with food and trash floor is sticky and it’s even dirtier back there in the kitchen. I ordered online and the manager yelled and screamed said that online orders were down. At this point their last hope is Gordon Ramsay to save them because of the disgust filled in this place. I will never and I mean never, step foot into this establishment again. I’m telling everyone I know to stay away because I genuinely fear for everyone’s well- being.

Incredibly unorganized store, they open at noon!? What? The store is dirty, bits of food all over the dining area, everywhere, you can probably make a whole burrito out of the stuff on the ground. I placed my order at around 11:30ish to be picked up at noon, I waited until 12:30 and they were not able to get it done, I left for work. Never coming to this store again, kids behind the counter move very slow except for the girl actually making the bowls and burritos, she was doing her best. I don’t blame them. They’re underpaid and over worked, most stores are understaffed. Qdoba is my new favorite, I’m deleting the chipotle app from my phone.

Waited for a half an hour for my order that , I have placed online and set up a time to pick it up .bad customer service . if you want a side of wait all day and attitude to go along with your food . then go to this chipotle . if I was the manager I would at least apologize to everyone for the long wait and gave them a small free fountain drink for their inconvenience . We understand that most places are running on short-staffed . but don’t mistreat us when we come there . because we are the reason why your restaurant is still up and running . Good customer service always offers apology. I did not receive that at this location .all I received was bad service and telling me how shortstaffed they was ,and a couple of times I was totally ignored. Poor customer service I give them a zero.

Please stop taking mobile orders when understaffed!!!! Placed a mobile order got to the restaurant 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and waited another hour!! I’ve been in food service all my life and never experienced something like this, I completely understand being short staffed, however they have the ability to stop taking mobile orders and they chose not to and have one person doing all the mobile orders by themselves while other staff handled the customers placing orders in the restaurant , do better guys, turn the mobile orders off if you know you are understaffed it’s that simple

Order online and have to wait an extra 40 minutes for your order only for them to give you very small portions. Oh but there’s more, they’ll leave out toppings that you request, if you request chips they will leave that out of your order too. It’s almost as if they don’t have your order right in front of them! Unbelievable. I received my refund and I will not be returning. Im really upset about the time I wasted waiting on this order where they clearly didn’t follow any type of instructions. This place needs a huge overhaul.

I love Chipotle, but as other reviewers have said, this location is awful. Today was my second time in as many weeks where they were just closed during normal hours. Good luck calling ahead bc the phone system will tell you they're open, and so does the app. If you're thinking of going here, expect to be disappointed. If you're Chipotle management, keep reading. During the past two years, I've visited this location at least a dozen times, and it's been constantly declining. I get the supply chain issues and labor shortages, and I've been patient with missing ingredients or menu items. However, it's just ridiculous at this point. Examples: 1. I can't remember the last time this location had chips. Really? From a business perspective, selling chips are like printing money. How can you ever be out? 2. Completely mismanaged. I counted 6 people working on a recent visit, and only 1 of those 6 were assembling walk in orders AND ringing up customers during the dinner rush. One was on pickup/online orders, which I get. One on the grill, makes sense. But the others? They were just trying to look busy. 3. Awful customer service. One visit my online order included two kids meals. Knowing their problem with chips, I checked the bag before leaving. No chips. I asked; the response from the worker, "we don't have any". Me: "I can clearly see a giant pile of them back there". Worker: "..." Me, to another worker: "I paid for chips, can I get chips or a refund?" First worker: "You have to go online to get a refund." Second worker: "There aren't any ready." Me: "I can wait." 4. Filthy assembly line. Almost every time, the line is a complete mess. Food strewn everywhere. This is probably a combination of being under staffed and having poorly trained staff. Again, management problems. The only positive with this place is that the food that they do have is typically up to standard. That's the only thing that keeps me trying to come back. But at this point, who knows if they'll even be open.

The one located at the telegraph and 12 miles was terrible: we stepped in at 6:15pm, and showed very limited items: no lettuce, no grilled veggies, no jalapeno...Maybe it was to the time of closing...we we were disappointed

Lots of staff doing busy work rather than waiting on customers. Once again no fajita vegetables for veggie bowls. This seems to be a problem at all locations! No guacamole ??? Hours on the door state that location closes at 10 p, so why at 6:30 p are there missing items. I overheard they were closing at 7p. Nothing posted on the door about early closing. Too bad Chipotle has good food but every location in Michigan I've tried is a disaster. This location tops my list!
