We walked in and a nice gentleman said something about a wait time. A lady from across the room started screaming at us. ITS GONNA BE A 35-45 MINUTE WAIT! I HAVE CATERING ORDERS THIS MORNING! FOR SOME STRANGE REASON MY GRILL WAS OFF! I said its ok, I just couldn’t hear him. She yelled, YOU GOOD! I looked at the gentleman we looked at each other and walked out. She was literally screaming at us. We only came because the Evergreen location was closed. I’m speechless. The rude disrespect. Totally uncalled for. Will never come back to that location. Do better.

This location is always understaffed, and always out of key items. And their online support is useless. You can’t contact anyone to resolve any issues. And some of the rice grains are hard, which is just gross. Every single time. And I have no idea what this is thing is that I took a photo of is, but it got stuck in my throat.

Mobile orders are never ready in the time they specify. The store has taken my online order before and when I show up they are closed due to short staff. This location is dirty and seems poorly managed.

Came in, was immediately met with a yell from staff about being online orders only despite it being 2.5 hours before closing. Fine, I’ll online order. As I’m putting in my order, the store cancels online orders availability so no one can place an order, while simultaneously telling people they are online order only. Not to mention the staff is arguing amongst themselves in the back with a dining area full of customers.

It's kind of hit or miss here. Sometimes they have everything, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they get the order right when ordered on the app, sometimes they don't. It would be nice if there was some consistency like there used to be.

I work nearby and come in here often… and I’d say maybe the last month or so when I come in they give me basically a half scoop anytime they prepare my bowl. For context I get four ingredients in my bowl. It’s like I have to order double portion to get what I’d get as a normal bowl at any other Chipotle location. I understand they have rules to not be “overly generous” but I don’t feel like I’m being an unreasonable customer asking for literally what I’m paying for. For the record I never go out of my way to write reviews but considering today the guy in front of me had a very similar order to mine and had to ask twice for the person to give him a normal scoop and then did the same to me after… I’ve had enough. Management needs to address this. Busy locations like this shouldn’t have such horrible service.
Disappointing to see a place that you should eat in it looks so trashy and not clean all the food mixed on top of each others I left and I would never go back very bad management….

I got a Barbacoa bowl. Had a new person make it for me and they don’t know the portions. She gave me half of what they usually would give you for a bowl and barely any meat. We’re out of cheese and sour cream. Then the gay cashier charged double for the regular portion of meat while he was dancing about it. Yeahh don’t go to this one lol worst service I ever saw at chipotle and I used to work at one!
