The lady at the front was training a new employee. They were nice and respectful and very helpful. The atmosphere was very welcoming. All of the staff we're working in unison I've never been to Jimmy John's before, but I'll definitely go again.
I just had the worst service here. I ordered in the app for pickup as I have done here many times. I arrive and wait 10 mins as I don't see my order waiting. I finally ask and the MANAGER says "Oh, I don't have Unwich" -really nasty. I said "ok then usually you would reject the order, but that's ok. Can I get a refund?" She says "You have to take that up with your company". What does that even mean? She meant my credit card company! Granted, that might be the case, but she...read full review
