It's not cool to prepare and serve orders completely out of order. I'm a DoorDasher who is regularly in this store. Many times I will arrive 5-10 minutes after an order has been placed, and I know it will be a while before my order is completed. What is total BS is all of the folks who walk in after me, place their order, and receive their food 10 minutes before me. Same goes for anyone ordering online - you're screwed. It happens constantly, and I hate going to this location because of it.

My job and I did a luncheon and ordered from potbelly. Literally every sub was wrong and some half made. We had multiple missing orders as well so a lot of people didn’t get to eat.. we spend over 100$ on food was not worth it . Never coming back

I recently ordered a big catering order from this location and it was amazing, they really helped me with delivering and setting it up as well as reassuring on the phone about my order and any changes leading up to my order i now come here regularly and the staff is amazing

Avoid this place at all costs. I waited 50 minutes for 1 sandwich and 1 salad. But there's a nice sign that guarantees you'll get through the line in 8 minutes.

This would have been a nice place but one of the workers was so rude amd messed up our order when we are telling her what to put on it and she messes it up complaining saying she don't know why so many people like Potbelly it's not that good but the manager made us a new sandwich and the other worker was absolutely wonderful I want to Thank that young man on how nice and sweet he was
Not friendly, no sense of urgency, and my sandwich was incorrect/poorly made; seems like I got more lettuce than anything. Condiments were on the side, even though that was not a request. Will not be back to this location unfortunately

Heavyset sandwich maker with the large eyelashes has a terrible attitude. Rude to every person that walks in and its unbelievable she is still employed there. I will not be back. She has been horrible both times I have stopped by. It would be in your best interest to remove her.
