Went to the Starbucks inside the Kroger and Saint Clair Shores, stood there 10 minutes was not acknowledged, not even once. There was 2 ladies working behind the counter getting drinks for 2 people don't know what the hold up was. I will not be back

STOP HIRING THESE ELDERLY PEOPLE!!! Y'all are setting them up for FAILURE!!!! Every time I come to this location it's a line or messed up order bc this location can only hire the elderly apparently. It's a damn shame I put a mobile order in it's suppose to be ready at 9:20am...it is 9:40 and the lady isn't sure what size cup I order and almost mixed up my order‍STOP HIRING THE ELDERLY EXPEDITIOUSLY‼

This place is never open in the evenings, yet it always pops up in my app when I go to order. Multiple times I've accidentally ordered from here, then I have to call the Starbucks hotline if I want to get a refund. Rating 1 star since they won't update their hours on Google and on the Starbucks app.

I just cannot get a good cup of coffee from this location. It’s the closest to home so we’ve tried a handful of times. Unfortunately it’s always been a miss. Color me disappointed

I went to this Starbucks twice this week because it was the most convenient to where I was located and had the worst Starbucks experiences that I’ve ever had before. The drinks were terrible and completely inconsistent with the brand. The service was totally inconsistent with the brand too. It’s like they threw a bunch of high school kids in there and this was their first job… of which they were never trained how to do. They had terrible customer service skills and were asking ME what’s my drink was made of… um that’s your job.

Four people behind the counter and yet it still takes 20 minutes to make a Caramel Macchiato. Let me start from the beginning. The girl pours the espresso into the cup and I guess had a random thought about napkins because she stops and then starts to stock napkins. Ok that's checked off her to do list. She then pours in 2% milk when I asked for almond. I didn't dare interrupt though. She would have to start over. (Yikes) I will regret this decision later. She now goes to ring someone else up. Milk and coffee sitting there lonely. Oh here she is 5 minutes later to add the ice. Wait, apparently the girl at the register doesn't know how to open the thing of pennies. She needs help. Man if I was in reach I'd just grab the coffee. But I really wanted that caramel drizzle. Oh Geeze, the caramel drizzle is all out. There she goes to the back closet to get some. YES! Finally it's all done! Who are we kidding, it's not. Theres no lids. There she goes again to this far away closet. It's really not far but for how long it took her, you would have thought she was swimming into the abyss. I forgot, when she got the lids, she made sure to restock them all before placing mine on my cup. HELLO, PRIORITIES! Did I mention there are three other people behind the counter doing the same thing or nothing at all? Yep. One even said "she's going to get your syrup" & "Oh! She's going to get you a lid". All the while just standing there. This is my fourth time here. It's the same people. Get it together already. If you want to wait 20 minutes for a mediocre coffee, this is your spot. :)
