I ordered two chicken scallops sandwiches the chicken flavor wasn’t tasty can’t describe the taste wasn’t good but it was fresh fries were cold overcooked could be my fault went there towards closing time the bread is delicious and vegetables were fresh one advise as consumer bread should be warmed up and fries should never been served cold or overcooked should be always cooked to order they take two minutes in the fryer. Front desk was super nice and professional and the store was super clean price was very reasonable.

Worst stuff ever. Those two guys working on the grill and the other guy that takes the order are the most miserable stuff that i have ever seen in my life. Not professional at all, i had to repeat myself six times for a simple order of two sandwiches that i wanted. And at the end they still made me the wrong order. Not to speak about the wait time that i had to wait just because they’re not focused on the order, rather they were gossiping and being busy talking to each other. Never going there again

Used to give it 4-5 stars but nope I'm done with this place...they're soo freaking lazy evrytime I go pick up my food, I still have to wait an extra 15-25 mins when there is no costumers at all! There burgers never ever have enough sauces on it, and who the hell over cook a got dam freaking egg!!! It suppose to be a sunny side up eĝg on top of my fries, I literally thought it was a piece of bread...

The quality of their food dropped more than Canada' temperature. i got their original burger and was the worst burger I've had in my entire life. we were calling them to place an order but they didn't pick up. I thought they would be busy with other customer but not they were on their personal phone talking. Now let's talk about the food, the food was so dry and unseasoned the only thing I was able to taste was the buns which they did not toast. The meat that came with the burger was burned and dry as the Sahara desert. there was barely any sauce on the burger. it was a horrible quality food I wouldn't recommend for anyone to eat from this place .

The service, while provided by hardworking staff knowledgeable about the menu, could use improvement. Moreover, attention to cleanliness is needed for both the floor and washroom facilities. 2024 update: still the same Huge burgers! But it honestly lacks flavour now. I ordered the Krazy burger and the chicken escalope sub.The buns were cold and took a lot away from good. Please consider steaming or heating the buns. Fridge cold buns are no fun.Also, the chicken and beef patties lack spice/flavor. The burger put together felt tasteless especially when no sauce was present. Consider reevaluating the spice/prep on the patties.

Eating here has always been a bad experience. It’s overpriced for the quality..for the Casper crazy burger .. they pile fries on the burger and drizzle a little sauce .. that only hits the fries (that is mainly this burger…fries) the meat is completely dried out.. in so many words I will not eat a burger again.. with chicken especially. The chicken was left to burn .. and the beef Pattie was very small.. I guess if you like halal flavor on everything it’s good

I went there to eat burgers with family and when i went there they said they don’t have no burger buns they can make them as Subs!! I ordered 2 subs $12.99 each and hotdog which was $7.99 it took 20-25 minutes to get the order ready and when they were ready the bun was all cold!! Like who doesn’t toast the buns for subs!!! I paid $13 for each subs! My little brother ate his whole sub because he was hungry. But me n my fiancé couldn’t eat our food and we looked at each other and was like what is this food!! Waste of $35 and the place was filthy and disgusting

Casper Burger and Escalope makes ordering food very easy on thier website via Menufy. While pricey, I've never had them mess up an order or forget any of my food. Service has been fast and perfect every time. I have never eaten inside the restaurant, so if I do, I will update my review.
