I've been here several times I don't know whats going on but whomever is cooking the onion rings need retraining. They either not done or they are burned or over done to the point of hardness. Don't feed the public what you won't eat yourself.

I just left there today at 8:53 12/22/2023. I drove up went through y’all drive through, there was no one in line it wasn’t busy. Again this has happened to me, at the same location on eureka Taylor,Mi I really wanted my French toast sticks I have two nephews now I’m watching them share the one Just wrong. I feel scammed out of my money

Pleasantly surprised to find a location actually open til midnight first of all. I pulled in around 11:20pm and ordered my food, the person who took my order was kind and friendly. The man that made my food and brought it out to me was very friendly as well. I asked for extra pickles on my sandwich and he hooked it up with extra pickles for real. (Most places just put literally 1 extra pickle on there). My food was great, and I dont have any complaints. I’ll be back again.

Don't come during the morning afternoons the service is bad and the food taste old like it was made yesterday. You will not get fresh food even though it's always empty!!!!

The Serenade

I asked for a triple whopper right? The person taking my order sounded like she wasn’t interested in taking it 1, then she proceeded to get my order wrong because she was HIGH and wasn’t paying attention! When I asked for my food to be remade, she charged me for I ASKED for initially! Fries was not fresh, burger patties are burnt and disgusting. I’m calling corporate for sure.

my nuggets were not cooked i ordered chicken fries they gave me the flaming hot chicken fries when i wanted the regular chicken fries and there was only 4 not the 9 they charged me horrible place if you want a good

This Burger King is good. The Macdonalds on Washtenaw Road in Ypsilanti MI however, is not. One time, many moons ago, I trekked through sleet and snow to provide myself and others with the luxury of 10 Big Mac sandwiches, their flagship product. Upon arrival, I proceeded to order said Big Macs (10) and they told me I couldn't have them. I begged and pleaded and even tried to bribe them, but they told me to park in a specific spot, and they would "take care of me." I was puzzled at this request, but did so anyway. Suddenly, a loud humming sound pierced the vehicle and entered my mind. There were a bunch of bright lights, and suddenly, my back was cold. Seamlessly, since being in my car, I was now laying on a sort of operating table, surrounded by tiny grey men. They ran several tests on me, and though we didn't directly communicate, their will was imparted into my psyche through telepathy I think. For the most part, I wasn't that frightened, just confused, because I remember the Macdonalds employee directing me to park in that spot, from whence I was abducted. Then, they began to probe me. Telepathically, I heard them say/think in Alien: "Thank God he didn't eat any Big Macs, or we would not have been able to probe him." It was very painful and I didn't like it one bit. Something I think I would have enjoyed more than a vigorous anal probe would have been 10 Big Macs, which sadly this Macdonalds could only provide one of these two options. Sorry Macdonalds, I'm NOT lovin' it.

We were in Burger King for almost 30 minutes that is absolutely ridiculousI placed a mobile order today September 29th 2023 at 3:49pm.I waited in my car for roughly 5 minutes before I went into Burger King. I was not able to walk out with my correct food until 4:26pmAs soon as I was walking into Burger King an employee up by the registers was yelling to an employee in the back and yelled to them a very obscene word I had my young child with me and she heard their profanity!That lady who yelled that foul language did not have a name tag on but I am pretty sure that I could point her out, she does not deserve to be up there especially with the way she was treating the other customers going through drive-thru.As I patiently waited to receive my order that I had placed in the parking lot of Burger King I asked one of the employees about my daughters coloring page to receive a free ice cream cone he said okay and he walked off and we never received it from him. I had to bring it up again to a different employee for them to feel her free ice cream cone order.I asked one of the employees a question regarding the Fandango promotion for paw Patrol and he was bewildered as to what I was even talking about. I had to have him call his supervisor for him to get any type of information regarding the promotion on the app.That should not occur ever if there's a promotion going on the employee should know about it so that there is no confusion with the customers.We were in Burger King for almost 30 minutes that is absolutely ridiculous for a fast food restaurants to take that long. There were four employees that I could see working which none of them had the Burger King attire on to say that they actually work at this restaurant.I am so angry that I spent $20 at the restaurant and wasted my time it makes no sense. They even messed up our order as we stood there and they were preparing it.I put in a mobile order and I could see it on the screen myself standing in the waiting area and I can see that I specifically told them not to add pickles or mustard to a child's double cheeseburger. Before we left the store I looked in the bag to make sure that everything was there and to check my child's hamburger was made correctly and it was not.So we had to wait additional 3 minutes to receive the correct hamburger.I was very angry and annoyed at this point I was so ready to leave.When we arrive home I pull the items out of the bag and see that the french fries are burnt they gave us burnt french fries as you can see in the picture. I feel as though I was scammed out of a $20 meal that I paid for for my family to enjoy and we did not enjoy it none whatsoever.As I stated earlier that employee that cursed when we walk through the door does not need to be working there. Her attitude was very out of control for someone to work in the front of a restaurant. If someone could go back and review the security cameras they can actually see how they are interacting with customers. I was standing there listening to the conversation that she was having with one of the customers going through drive-thru. She stated(I believe while the mic was off) "this girl don't know me she don't know who she messing with these customers better calm down and watch their mouth" that is just beyond me and ridiculous.Parking: Plenty of parking because NO ONE EATS THERE

The new Gm is great here she fired one of her old managers for sleeping on the job and not tending to the other employees and customers like she was supposed to do.MAJOR improvements already.

Store dirty GM smokes inside the store with team members GM drops food on the floor all the time and still serve it to customers the store cleaning is terrible one of her freezers have molded tops I’m attaching pictures .
