Just stood in the lobby for 3 total minutes waiting on someone to greet me. I could hear someone else near the back of the store, but have no idea why they would ignore the entire lobby for 3 minutes. Which feels like an eternity when you’re alone in a “fast food” restaurant. There are also 2 occasions in the past where I had to throw away my “chicken” sandwich because it was literally just the crunchy breading fried into something that would literally break your teeth. I don’t eat much fast food, and don’t expect much from it in terms of quality or service. But once or twice a month I like some nuggets, fries and a burger. I can say, without fail, I have been disappointed at this location every single time I’ve visited the past 6 months. I rarely leave bad reviews but whoever was present at 5:50pm definitely did not care to pay attention to the front counter and considering fast food restaurants are literally designed for all their workers to at least have a peripheral view of the counter and lobby area and this person spent such a long time far enough in the back without looking… is just simply ignoring your job.

First: I let the man taking my order that the bathroom was disgusting. The urinal was broken and leaking piss water all over the floor.Second: condiments and napkins are all behind the counter, so each person has to ask for them individually.Third: the food was good and hot. The only reason I scored 3 stars.

I had a disappointing experience at this location recently. When we entered the restaurant, the employees didn't acknowledge us, and they seemed more focused on taking orders from the drive-through. It felt like we were invisible, and the service was definitely lacking.

Ordered inside and the manager in there was rude and cussed me out for asking if my order was almost ready. It was sitting there for 15 minutes all done and she wouldn't bag it. Worst experience I have had and she needs to be fired, there are constant negative reviews on google about her service and treatment towards customers.
