My experience before wasn't not the greatest customer service ,but I called and talked to Krystal on that day, explain what I had experienced that original date came back and she made it right on 3-9-2024. I believe in these times we have to show grace and give people or that business another chance. I thank you

Had a really fresh and well prepared combo #1. Food was well prepared service was fast and simple. There was only one other car there in the Drive-Thru line. Kind of weirds me out that at 8:00 on a Tuesday evening all of our cities are rolling up their sidewalks in the Tri-County Detroit area. So head back to Sonic burger for a tasty delicious and affordable hamburger and fries.Parking: 14 Mile and John R plenty of parking and a big convenient drive-thru
Slow service I got here at 4:00pm it’s currently 4:57 why I have waited this long I don’t know I waited 30 min at the screen had to push the button twice got a “one money please” both times after the red buttton activated went of the screen the den one time I resorted to online ordering I ordered about 4:40 and I’m still waiting for my food this is ridiculous I will not come here again

Went to drive thur after waiting at the car hop over 25 minutes. Got service fast. The sonic drive here in michigan is not like other states. They are so run down. Food was better than McDonald's . Maybe I was just hungry.
I ordered 2 drinks online, and was told to go to one of the ordering screens, click the red button, and say the order name. But when I did I didn’t get anyone on speaker for about ten minutes. At the ten minute mark I clicked the red button again, I proceeded to do this in ten minute intervals for about 30 minutes. And no one came to the speaker. At this point I wasn’t necessarily angry just annoyed I work in the food industry and i understand how hectic it can be when short staffed. (And just to add i was only one of seven cars that waited for the same amount if not longer time) I decided to go through the drive thru, I said I had an online order they asked my name and told me to move along, I was thinking great they have my order I’ll be all set. But the drive thru line took just as long to go through. I was thinking they surely are short staffed. Once I finally made it to the window the woman didn’t even have the right order, had to ask me for my name again, and the work place was packed with workers some literally just standing behind the woman helping me. When I mention honestly politely that I was sat at one of the screens for upward of 25 minutes she literally shook her head and threw her hands up and said she didn’t see anyone at a screen.. there were literally seven of us. And then rolled her eyes said “sorry” and slammed the window. I really wasn’t trying to complain to her maybe point out an issue, but the service was literally despicable. I would have never treated someone like that. 0 costumer service skills. At least the drinks were ok.

came here an hour ago, and we ordered two large shakes, they were so thick and hard to drink then my order was messed up, I asked for fries but got tater tots, and my chill dog got smashed with a hamburger why will you even put a burger on top of chill Dog you could’ve at least put it on the side and my lid wasn’t even close I just spill my milkshake everywhere
