Just visited here after recently reopening....the whole menu board is dark, took at least 6 minutes for someone to get on the speaker(sign said to not pull around)Ordered an original chicken sandwich meal.Got to the window & paid, received the drink and literally waited 15 minutes to get the food, bad part was----THE FRIES WERE COLD!!! GOOD LUCK STAYING OPEN THIS TIME.....SMH

Tried to visit this restaurant after they recently reopened. Spent 3 minutes (at the drive through speaker) talking to an attendant who had issue understanding my request for a honey wrapped chicken sandwich and mixed $1 frozen beverage. After explaining my request 5 times and correcting her errors with my order (on the screen) I proceeded to the pick up window.I was informed that the frozen beverage machine was defrosting and my requested drink was not available. I was offered another beverage which I declined.I was then asked, twice, to explain the rest of my order. After a total of 10 minutes (from speaker to window) waiting for food someone I believe to be a manager or team leader ask what I ordered. I drove away in disgust with the entire process.I am not mad at Burger King....I'm disgusted that I allowed myself space to deal with the lack of employee training, customer care AND curtesy I experienced.NEVER AGAIN!

The manager is so disrespectful. Asked for my food to be freshly cooked and she was so nasty with her response to the point we were going back and forward and she started cursing at me.

Great day, I went to the location on E 8 Mile by Dequindre Store 595, as I pull in the drive thru about 8:30 there were no lights, it was rather dark. So dark I drove pass the order kiosk, I backed up around the curb and still didnt see it. Assuming it was broken or missing, I proceeded to the first window where a lady was talking on headphone. Shortly, as she noticed I was waiting to speak to her, she open the window. I told her I didnt see the kiosk and asked if there is one, she answered sharply yes then informed me she was taking orders and quickly closed the window before I could response, literally,shutting the window in my face. Again, I patiently waited even though she was trying to dismissed me until she (leisurely) finish taking order, got her attention and ask if that meant I couldnt place an order, her reply was "Yes" you can place an order but she couldnt take it, I had to pull out and go back around. Now, that meant I would was actually drive the lot on to 8mi going west, make a michigan u, then make a left on E 8mi to the next Michigan U and drive back West to Burger King! I asked (since it was dark) If she could take my order because I didnt see it, This is when things out ugly. She say no, I asked the store number and her name she told me her name was "Paige" . I told her she was rude, and I was going to report her behavior. Paige at the point beat her chest and said she Im the general Manager and she couldn't take my order very boastful (even though that was the position she was working) that she was just following the rules. So, I asked if she was taught as General (as part of the rules)to treat customers like she was treating me, needless to say she was tic for tac to every point. Finally, to reach her common sense I asked "how would you like someone to treat your mother like your treating me, her smart response was, "leave my mother out of it, my response was "I can't" because you're being rude to someone's mother. I stated that I didn't care what kind of day you may have, you don't treat customers so disrepectful. She haughtily informed me again that was the general manager and that she would let her manager know, (I believe she say Vanessa ) that I was going to call her. I told her she had a false sense of authority and that she cant treat customer disrespectful then she tried to follow protocol by apologizing, and expressing sorrow for my inconvience all while trying to cover up what she did by lying and trying to get her story of lies together with staff support using the lie that I asked her things that I didn't ask. Lying out right, I told her to late for all of that, that she knew she was rude, she knew she was disrespectful and dont try to lie about it. I stated to her " Once I reported her, I was positive the management would discern I was not lying. Now she was talking to me like I was a 25 to 35 years old women and Im 72 years old. I been driving thru BK drive thru windows since conception, customer service is not new. My Profession is a business owner giving customer service. That type of leadership is like a spoil apple ruining the whole staff. If she cant handle the stress level of managing a team and stepping up to help out when the team need it, then perhap she needs more training because what I experience is not acceptable. I will not come back to that location and will share my experience to others. Shame on her, and I hope her Mother didnt set that standard of disrespect for people.
