Cozy, warm atmosphere and bright smiles greet you to this 'find' in Littleton. In door dining w/ careful spacing and all disposable tableware makes for comfortable dining during these times. The Pad Thai and Pad Se Ew were delicious- spices and sauce well balanced - not too heavy or spicy. Also had the coconut, chicken soup which was light but with deep, mildly sweet flavor. Chang Thai has an extensive menu -- lots of them actually! Definitely check out the poke bowls. The food is beautifully prepared and delicious. The portions are on the smaller side, so we needed to order a fair bit to be satisfied. The service is friendly and very attentive.

This was our second time visiting this area. 5 years apart, both times had dinner at Chang Thai and it keeps getting better!!! The food is to die for, all fresh and perfectly executed. Sushi was some of the best we have ever had, and the pad thai is so delicious. Gracious host greeted and seated us, and waitress was very pleasant, engaging and accommodating. Cant wait to make the trip again!
