The service was absolutely horrible. Our food came out at different times and one had a hair in it. The waiter neglected his section, didn’t fill our drinks up one time and we had to ask 3 different times before he brought us a box. The food was good but I won’t come back just because of the service alone.

Absolutely terrible experience my family of 3 came here first got there had to wait 10 minutes when almost 75% of the tables were empty. Then they seat us it takes forever for someone to take our drink order and we also ordered an appetizer with the drinks hoping we would get it before our food. After what seems to be forever just for the app of Texas fries to come out the man still haddent even taken the rest of our order we placed our order waited he came to tell us that our kids tender meal was done but the burger ad fajita meals were not we might of waited another 20 minutes from my daughter getting her food hat we got ours... Mind you the restaurant was empty and no one had come in since we got there.OH ALSO IN THE MIDDLE OF US MAD ABOUT THE WAIT ON OUR FOOD WE HEAR THEM SCREAM SINGING HAPPY BIRTHDAY LIKE ITS TEXAS ROADHOUSE BUT NOT TO A CUSTOMER TO AN EMPLOYEE IN THE KITCHEN!! WHILE WE WERE 30+ MINUTES DEEP ON A BURGER. Food came out terrible the waiter couldn't retain a lick of info.

Terrible we just left there 10 mins ago was seated 20 mins later not one person has approached us for anything at all came to the table next us across from us but just kept skipping us so we got up and walked out super annoying kids hungry complaining just terrible experience

Understaffed. Came here with a group of 6, we waited over an hour for our food, at no fault of our server. Our server was 1 of 2 waitresses. There was a party of 25 and other tables she was managing.One of the people in our party didn’t get their food, waited another 10 min, then left, got Qdoba and returned to eat with us.Food was meh, ok, but not worth the price.The manager did comp us for part of our meals but I won’t return. This was a lunch break from work and we came here because of the convenient location but would have been better off some place else. It’s too bad.

The service here was great and the appetizer was decent, hence the reason the extra star. Other than that, if you're looking for a dinner that is served at a warm temperature that actually tastes good, do yourself the favor and choose something else in that plaza, which we should have done. Not sure how you can screw up quesadillas, but it was done..and it was rough. $83+ tip, for 3 of us. One appetizer, a salad and 2 choose 2's and drinks (lemonade and water). Yep. Too expensive for that trash.

A beautiful large restaurant but the service is severely lacking. We had about 9 people in our party. Waited about an hour before someone took our order. There were several wait staff on duty and the place was fairly empty. We asked for a waitress 3 or 4 times before we were finally greeted by the one who placed our order. It is open later than most places nearby and we would come here often if the service was better. The food is adequate.

Horrible experience my whole order was wrong and from the time we entered the drinks were wrong as well. Not only was my order wrong I was told we get one small scoop of fries for a 15.99 meal which made me feel upset. Like how do you make my whole order wrong and be petty with the fries never will I eat here

I have started coming to the Warren Chili's quite frequently. I love the service and the food is always great! I come between noon and 4 usually, so I can't speak to how it is during the evening. But I am always satisfied with not just my service but my food as well. A plus is that it's never crowded when I come, so I love that!

I do not like to complain however this will unfortunately be an extremely lengthy review.I'm 47 and my visit on 3/10/24 is by far the ABSOLUTE most awful dining experience I've ever had. There was literally ZERO enjoyable moments in the entire experience1. Prime heavy traffic location with a half empty parking lot at dinner time was first bad indication but I took a chance.2. Upon entering I noticed the restaurant was AT BEST 20% full However we were told there was a 5-10 minute wait despite any other customers waiting and almost all tables empty.My first instinct was to leave because it was so ridiculous but I made a poor choice and decided to give it a chance3. Within 10 minutes we were seated but nothing had even changed. We were seated with NO silverware and afterwards a waitress took a simple order of coke,2 waters and chips/salsa was incorrect. We were instructed to put our coupon for free chips/salsa into kiosk but it wasn't working.4. Nearly 30-40 minutes later...our waitress finally returned for our food order despite it being so slow. We still never got utensils or napkins. We had to retrieve our own utensils from host stand but still no napkins.5. Our food was finally brought an hour later but had the entrees mixed up and mushrooms were on the wrong steak. They brought the entrees back seconds later which means they just transferred the mushrooms from one steak to another.The mushroom taste was still clearly on the other other smaller steak.6. I was assured the manager would remove the chips/salsa from coupon but kiosk was still showing charge. The waitress told me to just pay the FULL charge on kiosk and the reduced amount should be charged?7. Overall the food, service and experience was INEXCUSABLY poor in so many ways I can't count.Based on other reviews....this was NOT a one time experience. This is a normal everday experience....please do NOT patronize this restaurant.

This restaurant was extremely dirty, there were flies, hovering over our table the entire time we were here. Some of the food was burnt. If it wasn’t for an extremely good waitress, probably would have rated this one star.
