The worst mobile order experience I have ever received.I placed a mobile order, and when I went to pick the items up, they did not have 3/6 of my donuts available, and only one flavor of donut holes. When I asked for them to cancel the donuts, they told me there was nothing that they could do in the store. I would have to handle everything through the app. When I tried to cancel through the app, there was not an option for a partial cancellation or a refund, it told me to speak with someone. However, there was no one available for me to speak to, so I had to get a claim number and wait for someone to contact me. Now I have been emailed that the process can take up to 16 days to get a refund on an order they could not fulfill because Dunkin Donuts does not have any donuts.

I typically don't like to leave bad reviews because everyone is dealing with enough negativity these days already, but as a frequent customer at this location, I was pretty let down today. I wanted to try the new vanilla cinnamon iced coffee. I always order the same thing, but thought that sounded good and wanted to try something new. I ordered it with oatmilk as milk and creamer really upset my stomach. When I got it, it was very, very pale and I knew something was off. It said it had 3 cream and oatmilk on the sticker. I let them know I didn't want cream and try to get it remade. I was told that that's how it comes and so I apologized (guess I should have asked what was in it first? Though they typically ask if you want cream or sugar and don't just automatically put it in there). I told them again that I couldn't have cream and did not know it came with cream (also no ingredients listed on the menu). The gentleman took it back through the window, talked to another employee, came back and handed me the same coffee saying, "She didn't put cream in it." The sticker said it, it clearly looked like it, but I was honestly tired of the back and forth (and running late at this point). I was sitting waiting for my breakfast wrap and a different employee came and asked what I was waiting for because the man who initially handed it to me apparently didn't want to deal with me anymore. I would have gladly paid for a new drink without cream, but they essentially just lied to me and expected me to take it. I get mistakes happen and am not upset about that, but I AM upset that they lied to get me to leave instead of offering to make a new one, even if I had to pay. That's not great customer service, especially for people with allergies or intolerances.

This dunkin is so gross . You can taste the old food on the hash browns coffees never ever good always burnt . I waited months to try again bc it’s convenient for me . People are always rude. No good work ethic .

My order was completely messed up and missing items. The whole time I was ordering they just said “yep” didn’t ask or clarify the order. I ordered a medium frozen coffee they gave me a small. They forgot to give us a coffee & a donut. I tried calling but there number doesn’t work. Never coming here again. Worst Dunkin ever!!

I always hate to give bad reviews because I've worked in the food service industry before and I feel horrible giving bad reviews but I'm just going to take it as they were probably super busy and probably having a bad day and stressed and I always try to remember that everyone always has other things going on in their life and things going on at home. It was just a little disappointing that my order was wrong and when I politely ask the worker if I could get it corrected. She ripped the bag out of my hand and grab the drink and instead of fixing the drink just poured more milk in it. But then again, like I said I don't know what is going on in her personal life, but I just wish that she could have had a private conversation with one of her co-workers in the back to talk about what was bothering her instead of taking it out on a customer who is being very kind to her. From the bottom of my heart, I hope that she's feeling better.Parking: It's in the same parking lot as a gas station and right next to it is a car rental place so it can be kind of hard to find a good parking spot

Wasted my money. They couldn't even speak English still managed to order, I got my drink and sandwich. The sandwich was made good but my drink was horrible. Didn't add cream and barley any topping. Very disappointed and such a waste of money. Never mind just bit into my sandwich not even bacon on it. Never ordering from here again

Main concern was getting a hot coffee. It was good & hot. Parking is not good, as it's wedged into a tiny, tight space. Cashier was very kind.

Wrong order! After working a 12 hour shift last thing you wanna have to do is look through your bag food. I took accountability for not looking through my bag and called the store several times. No answer. If your reading this go to the McDonalds down the street. At least they answer the phone and don't play with peoples money. Horrible customer service in the morning and the afternoon. Don't waste a U-turn on this location. Stay blessed

Charged me $12 for a large iced coffee with oat milk and French vanilla syrup, didn’t give me a receipt, made my coffee with an ENTIRE bag of sugar (the drama, I know, but that’s what it tastes like!), then when I called to speak to someone the phone just raaaannnngggg.
