The manager was very rude and talked bad to her staff. I don’t care how slow the service is don’t put your staff down in front of others. The cashier and other young man was very pleasant.

Sign up for the rewards and get a free sub. Makes it basically bogo right off the bat.Story time; I had a bad reaction to a medication, which destroyed my appetite. After being told a prescription was ready at Meijer, the only thing that sounded edible was a sub. I had looked around on Maps, but after a negative experience at another sub place, I was looking for something new. I realized I could come here and hit Meijer without going on Mound, I looked at their menu, joined the rewards program, and got a Wreck. Loved it. A week or so later, after a therapeutic massage, got the free Wreck for a good day.The original size is exactly right for me, the meat/other/bun ratio is very good. Tasty bread and a little horseradish mayo gives it a good flavor profile.The staff on both visits were very friendly.Overall, it'll be my new local go-to sub place. Which probably isn't very often, but hey, it beats out all the local competition in my book.

Went there for lunch at 11:30 on 2/1/24 and had about 5 cars in front of me.The line moved quickly about 10 minutes.Ordered the wreck with everything except oil, mustard. Received a big mess soggy sandwich which had oil mustard on it. If the line wasn’t so long I would have taken back.I ate 1/2 of it because it was too messy and dripping with all the dressing on it. Stopped at BK to satisfy my hunger.This is the 2nd time visiting and 2nd time they messed up my order.There are more dependable sub places out there that I frequent that are just as good and better at getting the order right. I won’t be back!

I received the wrong order on 11-15-23 4:45 pm I called and told the so called mgr and she was very nasty and said it’s nothing they can do instead of offering to remake it! I received a wreck sandwich with nothing but meat and cheese it was so dry n disgusting!! I ordered a side salad n it was brown lettuce all throughout . The so called manager also wouldn’t give her name that’s why time and date is posted. I would never visit this establishment again the food isnt worth it already, the sandwiches are so dry, but to be talked to disrespectfully after I spent $20 is insane.
Ordered thru DoorDash and ordered double meat for both sandwiches and didn’t get what I ordered. Very disappointed because I had been craving this sandwich for a month…

I want to like this place but I’m disappointed every time. I’m convinced the employees just blatantly don’t listen to your order. I have gone there 4 times and each time there was something missing, weather is be toppings on the items or entire items. Officially boycotting.
