Always ordered takeout finally got to dine in and the experience was so fun! We took our 4,6,and 7 year old and they even enjoyed themselves and the food. Our chef was awesome, service amazing. And people great. Would recommend it’s kind of a hidden gem if you’re not from the area. Again would recommend. I love everything and eat from here frequently. Didn’t get too many pics of food I was too busy eating this time! But they have a nice drink menu as well!

I share this review with much difficulty. It is hard to give a 1 star review. The group decided to have dinner together for my going away party. The last time we would all be together. We decided we should have memorable experience. I will say this, we will all remember the AWFUL host. She could of been the manager. We called earlier in the day to ask if we needed a reservation. They do not take same day reservations. This is fine. We mentioned we could have 9 maybe a few more. We will just show up and see if there is enough room to seat us. She thought this idea would work. When we arrived at opening a few minutes early. They refused to open the door at 4:58. This is also fine, rules are rules after all. When we were seated a few more people showed. You see they wanted to say their farewells. One of them was scolded by this host or manager. He was not planning on eating. He just wanted to say bye. Eventually we had a party that totaled 11 people. Two of them sat at separate table. There was plenty of room being the restaurant was empty besides us and one other person that was not with us. Once everyone ordered. The manager or host what ever she is decided to SCOLD all of us for not calling ahead. Even though we did. It seems she was attempting to ruin our evening. She should NOT being working in the restaurant industry. Besides that. The food was amazing. Chef was fun! The waitress was fun and did everything she could do to recover from her managers embarrassing tactics and attitude. The people of the party will never return to that location.

Sagano wasn't bad but I had better experiences in other establishments. I came to this hibachi location for hibachi and sushi. Imagine my surprise when this location had no sushi nor did they have appetizers. Also, the edges of the tabletop were dirty (like where food falls in) and when you see the pics I have attached, you'll see for yourself. Smh I was disappointed but decided to make the most of the evening.Our chef added no table flair or laughter. He did properly cook the food as asked and even added a late order of rice to the table to be cooked on the table top instead of in the back. The miso was ok and the salad had alot of the harder parts of the lettuce in it. Overall, I would go here again if someone asked me but it wouldn't be my 1st or 2nd choice. The service was decent but the pink lemonade tasted watered down.Also, 18% gratuity was automatically added to the bill for those of you who may visit a sagano near you.

This place sucked, went there with two friends yesterday wow I got the hibachi steak with fried rice , my friend got the same thing. We couldn’t even eat the food because how greasy and tasteless it was. the worst part of it was that caused my stomach to hurt so bad and cause diarrhea and same thing happened to my friend so it was definitely the food, it cost us 38$ For the tasteless food. I knew something was wrong when I was saw one of the worker touching plates after touching his hair with his glove! ????

I love this Hibachi place the food is great and the customer service is great, but there have been a few times where we get seated, and the forks that they give to you are dirty. Most of the forks look dirty because of water marks which is fine by me and my family, but sometimes we have found pieces of food on the forks that are supposed to be clean.

The food and staff where kind and great at serving. I was shocked & sadden that a restaurant had to put up signs reminding peopleto treat staff well but also very happy and excited to have a business thatbis willing to protect their staff from the public that cannot act like adults. So not only was food great with large quantities but the support made us to dine there.

Its a imitation Benihana, with less crowd and requires less $$. I actually enjoyed my experience. We were a larger group of 12 and they required someone's ID before we could be seated. I thought that was a bit tacky, but I can understand the need

So, I came here for my birthday ordered hibachi with salmon and chicken and my party of 5 was very satisfied. I loved it! The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because it says they close at 9, I drove quite far and it’s only a party of 1 and I walked in at 7:56pm and she informed me they take the last table at 8pm. I responded that it’s before 8 pm and she said “we closed 3 minutes early today”. Nowhere does it say you have to arrive an hour before, no signs, etc. I’m very disappointed and I might not return again because of it.

The Mrs & I enjoyed our 1st visit. This is now another Goblin Approved Gobtastic Eatery to add on our "must go back to" list. We stayed simple with the Shrimp & Scallops, but let me say the Yum Yum sauce was definitely yummy. I give this place 10 out of 10 stars.

The Mrs & I tried out a new dinning Eats. Let me tell you It was an amazing treats. For a 1st time it was truly Goblastic. I stuck with a simple shrimp plate & the Mrs scallops but wow the flavors and our chef were out of this world. The food is moderately priced but you get a lot. This will definitely be a "go back soon" Yum Yum Goblin Approved foodery.
Took my mother here for her birthday and she loved it. We noticed that they didn't offer sushi or any appetizers which is why I gave it 3 stars (I anticipated ordering sushi). The chef was the highlight of the show, the kids loved the tricks and things he did.
