Drive thru only. It is a little confusing the first time. I stood at the door knocking and could see employees, but they let me stand there I called and they wouldn't answer. The one girl finally motioned so I knew it was drive thru. There needs to be a sign on the door that says drive thru ONLY.
#1 whomever the new people are need to be retrained. Threw raw onions on my sub last time i was here so this time i asked if they can please grill the onions this time so they burnt my onion rings and burnt my chicken. Taking people who cut in line first when they have customers in line waiting over 30 minutes. Been coming here for decades. You've lost a long time customer. From the time i got in line at 545. 630 now and still waiting. 45+ mins in line. That is absurd. This place has gone downhill real quick.

Love Tubby's been coming here for years never had a problem until yesterday I received my order I grabbed some cottage fries outta my bag, they looked golden brown until I bit into them both orders were still frozen in the middle SMH. I normally give 5 stars ? on everything just thinking ? maybe it was some new ppl working yesterday ? O well I still think it is the best sub shop around HANDS DOWN!Vegetarian options: All veggie sub sautéed veggies of courseParking: Bombs over Bagdad really rough

Had a very pleasant experience here earlier today. The entire staff were friendly and attentive. Food came out fresh and with a smile. I will surely be back simply on the service, plus those fries and onion rings were so fresh and on point. I’ll be back asap.Kid-friendliness: While I was waiting on my food order special for $28, two kids came in and asked how much was a cup of water or is it free? The young lady who worked there smiled and immediately went to making two cups of ice water for the kids. I thought that gesture was outstanding, especially considering how most places today would’ve handled these two Youngings that walked in.Parking: Parking was convenient and abundant.
