This place is TERRIBLE???IT'S DIRTY.. NEVER NO KIND of DISINFECTANT 4 hands or buggy. Never No buggies n the store.. the Shelves R NEVER stock.. There ALWAYS OUT of EVERYTHING.. & what is on the shelves is ALWAYS n the wrong place ?.. so U don't know the price of stuff.. & STILL N the BOXES?U can NEVER EVER EVER get ANY kind of SERVICE!!? & This was b4 Covid even got here!! ?

My handicapped friend was assaulted and they dis nothing they said they asked her questions but she was a mess why didn't they call the police then Warren PD doesn't show up when she did call herself then we wait after they call her and 30 minutes later nothing.... HORRIBLE.....DO I NEED TO MENTION THE BATHROOMS!!!????

Let me be CLEAR!!!!If this is the 14 & Van Dyke store I dislike the fact that I have never been able to get thru to Customer Service even before the pandemic!!!I don't know how they get away with letting the phone ring off the hook or maybe they shut the phone off, I don't know, what I do know is it is frustrating and should be unacceptable.When I was in retail I would have been reprimanded and steps would have been taken if it happened again.Very disappointing this continues.

I love Walmart I get everything that I wanted.I get my prescription and go grocery shopping every time and they always have what I want and more I have to watch myself cuz I like shopping and I always seem to spend more than what I came in for but it's all good for me . A divorce extremely proud father confirmed Bachelor now and that's legitimate ,,a guy whose daughter just had his first grandson!! it was nice to stop at Walmart. customers diverse as well as the staff and yeah it was peaceful and pleasant and quiet and I appreciate them and yes appreciate good customer service?✊ I am gainfully employed man I would love to work for a company like Walmart ....Meijer is history as of today's date!!!! I'm. A very thankful hard-working and intelligent educated degreed person. Thank you Walmart??

This place remind me of Kmart never seem to have all the items in store or on line. Also the just cancel your on line items most of the time keep you in suspense so i just visit the Walmart in Sterling Heights MI
Greeter Donald was extremely nice had another employee watch the door why he went out and got me a motor cart. Most of the employees same Very nice. I’d have to say the motor carts they provide at the store are in excellent running condition. And just because of this I will be back to this particular store.

They have terrible customer service. If you have an issue with an online order you are out of luck because if you call nobody answers the phone and if you go to the store all they do is refer you to the online kiosk. Just terrible.....

I was absolutely disgusted just now as I left this Walmart and didnt even end up making a purchase because I was so shocked that it was permissible for a woman at Checkout to be screaming and challenging the customers. she was the furthest she could possibly be from the line and expected the customers to know that there were other self checkouts out of view to the right. she was actually calling people stupid and cursing them in a very loud manner and asking why "people were so goddamn d*** and standing around like bitches". other employees were walking around like this was completely normal so I guess this happens often. didnt realize that the management le5t quality drop so low in the midst of a pandemic.

This has got to be the DIRTIEST Walmart I've ever been to. The Employees are rude and don't even acknowledge you when trying to ask them for help. One Employee walked right past me without even looking at me while I tried to ask them a question... Ignored me and had her mask around her neck, not on her face where it belongs. She just kept walking ignoring me. I was asking for a pool that was in stock the night before on the website for $230. The next day it said that it was on clearance for $130 and said that there was only 1 left when I was at the store. I asked 5 people and everyone said that they don't sell pools... no one even checked it out for me. Then one guy even said that he couldn't help me because that was not his department... Does the management even train these people they ignorantly call employees? This walmart should be shut down 100%. To top it off someone was using dirty bathroom water to mop the front check out area. I almost threw up walking out... I could even smell the stench through my mask. Absolutely Disgusting. I will never go here again and I will tell everyone I know not to go either.
