White Castles I have been a long time returning customer I came to the location yesterday february the 27th around 5:44 p.m. hadn't been there in a while and I paid for some shrimps and some hot fries the fries was cold so I called and asked for the manager whoever this manager is he sound like he's slow and lacks integrity.He hung up on me because I was upset about this cold food I didn't come that far I live on 18th and Dequindre to buy cold food that is definitely unacceptable for that manager to think that's okay he should be fired!!!i you don't hang up on customers you make things right

No wonder no one was in line, dinner time, 6 PM,the person taking my order through the drive through was mumbling to bad he had to repeat his self more then once and also could not understand my simple order of a double cheeseburger with extra pickle, a double jalapeño burger & fries.My order was over $10., I receive three burgers with no pickles lol no bottom bun on one of the burgers & was loaded in grease, the fries were overdone and tasted like old reused oil.I feel that there’s no pride in any thing anyone does anymore.I went against my better judgment…

This White Castle is 100% on point every time I've come to the drive-thru.I stop here once a week and I'm always greeted by a smiling face. Always polite and never rude, better yet the food is always hot and fresh! The condiments are always there in the bag, Y'all never miss!!!The entire team at this location needs to get recognized.Keep up the good work!
