I ordered French combo...and the broth was so diluted down in the price I paid for it I would like to have my meal done right made right. And nobody answers the phone when you call I called like four times today and no one answered the phone how sad is that.

Came through the drive through at 11:15 on 2-26 and sat in line behind multiple cars. When I finally approached the order speaker I was asked if I was getting a mobile order and I said no. I was then told he would not take my order and that they were closed…. Closed at lunch time but taking other orders and hours posted say they open at 10 am? Makes sense Thank you very much.

Was asked 3x what sauce I wanted for mozzarella sticks, my throat hurts from repeating myself, and a large asphalt boulder sitting in middle if parking lot. I guess to la y to move it away grom path if cars pulling in from Michigan ave.

The menu screen was not readable in the drive through. Although I was asked twice if I wanted condiments. There was none with my order. Food tastes great though.

Recently visited and the drive thru screen was completely black so we assumed that they were close and were driving away when they opened the window and told us to come pull around or come inside if we needed to see the menu. They were super helpful and very ready to get us what we needed!

Virtually impossible for them to get your order right. Last 2 visits...1st: forgot my cookie. Was looking forward to that. Just now went, got my cookie. Thanks but no Mac n cheese bites I ordered. You'd think they would step it up this time. Nope! This can't be that hard. You have a screen that says what's supposed to be in the bag that you are giving out. Not rocket science to follow directions. Not even worth calling the store this time either. It's a lost cause over there. Do some training. Step 1: Put the doobies down while working. Step 2: Read the screen and receipt. Step 3: Put the items that you just read in the bag. Step 4: Repeat steps 1-3. ?

Ordered from this location on Uber eats and they literally got the whole order wrong. They left out my slider, the food was cold, gave my son a beef and cheddar instead of the chicken sandwich we ordered, forgot the drinks to my two kids meals and didn’t send the the cheese cups that I paid for. I’m just very confused how they got so much wrong in one order. It’s almost if they did it on purpose.
