Sadly, this Wendy's is not good at all whatsoever. One time I went here and ordered a chicken sandwich, only to find out after eating almost the entire thing that it was raw on the side I didn't eat. Last time I went there they seemed to be out of Coke and chocolate frosty. I find it funny that this Wendy's is so bad not even the supplier wants to supply it. Want better? Go to a Wendy's that's further down the road that isn't the one near 275 or go to the Taco Bell across the street. Heck, even the White Castle would be better.

Always an issue here, either no line but a wait, or something is missing this time i Ordered at drive thru, told the lady what i wanted, she told me to pull forward. once i pulled up she said she never got my order... Maybe she was talking to someone else? Maybe learn to pull the mic away from your mouth? So she took my order at the window asked for a combo with a side order of chili. Well i was given the chili and a burger and of course no spoon... is communication and adding a spoon really that hard? And never received a receipt so i really have no idea what she put down for my order.

My mother had a stroke and a bacon and cheese potato is like one of the only things she eats. We drove and no one had one. I called and the man saved my Mom 2 potatoes and made them perfect for her. I will return when you get service like that. They went above and beyond!!!

Speedy service and my food is always fresh. The evening staff are the ones I always encounter and they are very nice. I had a card issue last night at the drive thru and the lady with the soft beautiful voice was patient until I was able to figure out the issue. Thank you to the gentleman that delivered my food to my window as well. Great night team!

checked their hours of operation as listed on the building, yelp, and google one morning before coming here here to try their breakfast menu for the first time and a worker told me the restaurant wasn’t open (when they should’ve been). this location is very inconsistent with the times their actually open and when they’re actually supposed to be open. i’ve experienced this in the evening as well.

I’ve gone here 3 times. First time: baked potato didn’t get sour cream or fork. Second time: they didn’t have any coke or BBQ sauce. Third time: pulled up to window at 10:58am and no response. According to hours they should have been open. There were cars in the lot.They don’t want my business and I am OK with that.
