Every time I set foot in this Tim Hortons location I am greeted with upstanding customer service. I asked the name of the gentleman who wrang me up for my order. I believe his name is Ariel. He created an amazing experience that is hard to come by these days. He seems to have a golden customer service personality, so much so I told him I somehow wanted to show my appreciation for the staff at this establishment. The only good worker is D.. he is always nice and on top of everything!! They suppose to be open on the inside and they pick and choose when to unlock the door.. when u call they tell u the inside is open BUT door is always locked!??? ONLY come here now when D is working..

Renovations meant no lobby, no food except a limited number of muffins, bagels and donuts. Guy taking my order was spaced out and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Not impressed.
